does a god job of extending the key so I hit all of them with my long nails but sometimes if I'm going too fast and you dont push the button hard enough it misses a letter or two. The green color is as pictured and it fits my keyboard. It feels like silicon a pan or baby toy would be made of.

I am a college student and do a lot of typing. I wanted to upgrade my keyboard on the cheap to get a better typing experience. This mat has fit my MacBook quite well and aligns with all the keys. My only con with this is that the index keys, "J" and "F", have index ridges but they are not very high. I would like these ridges to be a little higher to help keep my fingers aligned. Other than that one con, I am extremely happy with how well this mat has enhanced your experience.

Perhaps I expected too much out of this keyboard cover but I could hardly type at all! I did check for compatibility with my MacBook Pro but the cover felt like it wouldn't sit flush or stay put. I had the hardest time trying to type and not that I'm the world's fastest typer or anything but this cover couldn't keep up with me, so I spent way too much time correcting my errors. Apart from the poor fit on my keyboard and the difficulty typing on this thing, it is a cute cover, nice color, and has no key over the Touch ID for obvious reasons. I wanted to like it so bad, especially since I type while wearing Gel X nail tips but this tired out my hands too fast. Therefore, I personally cannot recommend it. One more thing, I have a cover for my iMac keyboard from a different brand I believe, also made for long nails, and it fits my keyboard perfectly, makes it much easier to type, which is what I expected out of this MOSISO cover. This is the only MOSISO product I've encountered an issue with, by the way.

Technically works and does offer a fuller set of keys, including funcion keys, that similar mats. I find, on a MacBook Pro keyboard that I have to really press hard to get the key to register. Further, though the keys are raised, and they do somewhat compensate for longer nails, it's not a perfect setup. The pressure on a magic keyboard is more reasonable, though I'm experiencing missed strikes fairly often with this. Unless you really need the function keys, the competitors with the heart-shaped raised keys are a better bet, to be sure.

I ordered this for use with my 2024 MacBook Air 13" since I type a lot and the flat keyboard sometimes bothers me. This silicone keyboard is a soft material with nicely raised keys and fits my computer perfectly. Obviously you *cannot* close the MacBook with the keyboard in place so it does have to be removed and stored if you fold the computer up. You do have to put a little effort on the keys to type and I think that's why I don't absolutely love it - I love a good mechanical keyboard and this is nothing like that. To be fair, it is silicone and you aren't going to get the satisfying "click" feel that you do with plastic keyboards. I personally found it a bit too much effort to put pressure on the keys, but I do have very small hands and am just particular with my keyboards in general. If you are a hard typer and want the feel of a softer keyboard with raised keys, this would likely be fine for you. It's just not quite my preference.The color is really lovely though, and the keyboard is a bit heavy and feels quite sturdy. It definitely feels well-made and quality. It doesn't slide around at all and stays in place while typing.
