I know it’s a new part but I’m not happy. I order 2 of the same in the same order and one looks much better than the other

There were two different diameters of axle pivot bolts and bushings used on the 2003 E150s at the factory (and maybe on other years and models with the twin I-beam suspension as well). Why, who knows? Mine has the narrower bolts but they were matched at the factory with the wider axle pivot bushing, so there was free play between the narrow bolt and wide bushing. I ordered both size bushings because I didn't know which diameter the bolts were until I took it apart. When replacing the bushings, I used the narrower diameter bushing to match the narrow bolt diameter in order to eliminate the free play, and it helped reduce wandering on the highway. Then I returned the two wider diameter bushings that I didn't use. It's been driven 10,000 miles since installation and the bushings are doing fine.

Some trucks come with a 1/2" bolt, others come with a 5/8" bolt (according to Moog). This is for the 1/2 bolt. The 5/8 bolt uses the Moog K8300 bushing instead. You can figure out which you have by putting a socket on the bolt head. The head of the 1/2 bolt in 18mm; the nut is 21mm. I assume a 5/8 bolt head would be larger.Torque = 120-150 ft lbs –• Allow 0.210-0.290” (about 1/4") gap between the lip of the bushing and the shoulder of I-beam• torque bolt after the truck is resting on the ground with the weight on the suspensionOddly my truck had a 1/2 bolt and the 5/8 bushing from the factory (at least the original owner of the truck said it was never changed) so I am not sure if it makes much difference which bushing you use unless you have the 5/8" bolt, then the K8672 Axle Pivot Bushing won't work. I used the Moog K8672 axle pivot bushing instead of the size that was in the truck because I didn't want the slop. However, since I changed the radius arm bushing and shocks at the same time I can't say if it made any difference. It does ride better, but it may have been the same if I had replaced it with the same size bushing.
