The bbq arrived 4 days earlier than expected.The bbq was easy to put together, the directions were clear, including the installation of the natural gas conversion kit. It’s sturdy and well made.We’ve only had the bbq for two days and we’ve only used it once, but so far I love it. It cooked a 2 1/2” thick ribeye perfectly in under 15 minutes.

I just used the grill for the first time breaking it in. Normally do a good steak. But, My chicken never came out as good as it did on this new grill. Monument makes a great product very impressed. I’ve always cooked steaks that came out good even on my POS grill that I had before, but you never been able to dial in chicken. All good. Love the view window.

I love my Monument grill! It is beautiful stainless steal and sturdy! I love having a side burner too, so I don't make the house hot! It keeps a steady temperature too! It was easy to assemble. I also bought a conversion kit and it was easy to convert it to gas.

I am not kidding, this is the grill to get. It comes in 2 boxes. Directions were spot on and very easy to follow. If you want to convert to natural gas, you will receive an additional box. This is what we did as I don't like running out of fuel. It is also easy cleaning. BEST GRILL EVER.

It doesn’t feel as heavy duty as your higher end grills (Weber and Napoleon). The design seems practical though: No odd clips (that seem like they will rust off), fragile parts like the thermometer are built to be replaced easily. I expect it to hold up a while.I have the natural gas version it gets hot! ~650deg. It does lose ~15-20deg when I open the lid to flip quick.The temp is even! Grilled some porterhouse steaks on them and had almost perfect grill lines all around. I was very impressed.

2 things to start with; 1) I do not understand the feedback I saw around this being difficult to assemble. It could not have been easier and the construction of the unit is very good. It came together quickly, no missing parts, no misaligned parts, everything just worked. The gas conversion is also very easy to do and the instructions are straightforward. 2) I also read feedabck that the natural gas conversion didn't seem to deliver a lot of heat. I think people must not have adjusted the flame height or removed the LP orifices from the burners. If installed correctly, this thing gets piping hot real quick. I was over 600 degrees in about 10 minutes. It heats up quicker than my Blaze gas grill which is a high end unit. Very happy with the quality and construction. I only have one cook so far but it seems to heat evenly across the grates. I like that the grates are cast iron which is great for searing. All in all, very happy with the purchase and anyone looking at a comparable Weber Genesis or Napoleon Rogue should check this out. Much more affordable but (at least so far) quality seems to be on par and customer service is great.

The grill over all so far cooks ok however the conversion from lp gas to natural gas was horrible. The support to resolve the issue was even more frustrating. The conversion kit they recommended is expansive and overkill. If You need only a lp grill You will have no problem as they ship the model marked NG (natural gas) with the orifices lp gas installed. To remove the lp orifices you need a special tool they supply only with their conversion kit. However I did not buy their conversion kit I bought another which had a longer gas line connection to my supply line and much less money than theirs. The documentation does not state that you need their special tool to remove the lp orifice. Also their kit comes with a additional NG regulator which most home users will not need as in my community the NG is low pressure at the NG house meter and regulator. So consult with you gas supplier to have them check your pressure . Buyers beware.

Well packaged, pretty simple assembly, easy to convert to NG and runs great! Love the clear glass lid, though I wonder how long it will stay that way! Great value and features compared to my previous Webers.
