My Weber grill was a much better grill. The new Napoleon has some major flaws you only find out after you have it in use. First, the grill grate is to wide and lets items slip through the metal bars. The grease tray is very small compared to the Weber and hard to get out. Found that the grill hood is very far forward and allows the extreme heat and smoke to jump right in your face. When you are grilling with hood closed and open it up to check the sudden heat and grease fumes is right in your face. The position of the hood is so forward that you have a hard time seeing what is happening to your meat onthe back side of your grill. When Napoleon ask me to fill out survey and when I mentioned these items they came back in a text that they could not use my comments. OUCH! I Made a bad expensive investment. Weber a better grill in my opinion. .

Great grill, but it takes to long to get.

We purchased our prestige pro natural gas model in May of 2021. The grill has worked flawlessly and until today I would have rated it 5 stars. Great temperature range, zero problems, convenient layout, nice grill. And then.....We moved to a new house that is on propane. No problem just a simple conversion. Change a jet or two, a new hose and regulator right? Well should be until Napoleon customer service became involved. The conversion kit is only available directly from napoleon. Shouldn't be a problem but after contacting napoleon, giving them the serial number/purchase date I'm told they will get back to me in a few days with an approval to purchase a kit. In the mean time I have a $2500.00 chunk of stainless steel in my yard that I cannot use while I wait and wait and wait. Until now I would have recommended napoleon products hands down. I'm sick and tired of manufacturers willing to take our hard earned money then walking away. Buy it or not the choice is yours.Update: it's now 2 years later. Napoleon refused to sell a conversion a burner conversion, stating safety concerns. They only will allow a authorized repair facility to handle any burner work. Oops no such thing in southern California. Do much for the warranty on a napoleon product. I bought a Bull. It's the best grill I've ever owned. I gave the napoleon to a friend. Since then it still works (sort of). The led on burner knob #1 stopped working about a year ago and the side burner grate warped badly. My Bull has been flawless for the last two years.

Stainless is already rusting after a month but not bad. Side shelf needed adjustment to keep from falling off. Still, a good grill for the cost
