Get your acrylic paints textile-ready with our easy-to-use fabric medium.
Mix it in with acrylic paint colors of your choice using a ratio of 1:1. You can increase opacity by applying extra layers once the paint is dry. Use this handy medium on clothes, fabrics, tote bags, cushions and more. Try something new or decorate your threads, our textile medium is here to help you transform fabrics with your creative touch!
Directions:
Mix with acrylic paint using a 1:1 ratio
Place a barrier between fabric layers and begin painting
Once completely dry, place a cloth over the design and iron for 3-5 mins at 212ºF (100ºC) to fix
Washing: Turn garment inside-out and wash on a cold cycle
Handy hint:
Clean up with warm soapy water while paint is wet

This was easy to mix in with the other colors.I wouldn’t say it changes the color too much.It does leave the paint hard when finished on clothingI wish this came in a smaller size because you don’t need much and now I have so much left over that will probably go to waste

I mixed acrylic with this and then used heat to seal an art piece on my jean jacket. It looks great and is staying!

Definitely made a difference. I painted on a Jean jacket, there was one part I didn’t use this in the paint and it was so stiff. Mixing it with acrylic paint made the fabric a lot softer! If you plan on painting on fabric you definitely need this!

I've only used this once, but it mixed easily, worked and covered well, didn't dry stiff or bulky, doesn't have much smell, washed without fading, and the resulting design looks great! I'm very pleased! Will buy again in the future!

This has been working great for my cosplay work mixed with a relatively thick acrylic paint. Decent price for how much product you get, as you dilute it ~50/50 with your paint. I have yet to put anything through the washing machine once the paint has cured, but I suspect it would stay intact through the washer.
