I tried applying this and then going back over it with a brush or a cloth and nothing will give it a smooth surface. I wanted to use it like the fabric puff paint on a project, but it won't work. Maybe I bought the wrong thing.

I’m really happy with this green puff paint! The color is vibrant and bold, and it applies smoothly and thick with great coverage. This product was easy to use and the bright green pigment was opaque enough to cover up some marker spots on the fabric.

Good colour, fades slightly when 'puffed', not as puffy as the white puffy fabric paint, but mixes well with other Tulip puffy paints.
