This is a must buy if you spend most of the day sitting in the desk. This helps with eye strain and is easy to install. Many different brightness and colors only problem I have is on the computer the light bar blocks some things at the top of the monitor.

If you have a thick desk and none of the lights with clamps can open wide enough -- and you've even tried to come up with a master plan on how to securely rig something up to the desk, to have something thinner to grip -- don't waste time. Just get this light because you can just clamp it to the top of the monitor, tighten it from behind. Plug and play, you're set. Highly recommended, A++++++
