All you have to do is use clear tape on the little feet and tape to the leg ‘pipes’, and they will stay stationary—no flipping over. I have gone from pedaling for 5 minutes to almost 1/2 hr in 6 weeks. My legs are getting stronger.

I bought this and a more expensive "pedal machine". I find myself using this one the most. It isn't fancy but it works. No need to plug it in and it's very portable. I can use it with my feet and legs or put it on the coffee table and use my hands and arms. Perfect while reading a book or watching TV. Simple screw handle resistance. Counter is basic, but provides all information needed. Well worth the price.

This isn't a cheap good looking thing, this is amazing for when I crochet and sit for long periods of time, you can change the resistance to as much as you need, worth every cent, it's very quiet and stable, it's very lightweight and portable. It's easy to unfold and it's fairly small, I bought it a few days ago and I already have over 7 thousand steps, it's good for small workouts and estimates how many calories you lose when using! I'm using it as I write this, it's nice how you can adjust it's straps to fit your feet/shoes, it's fairly comfortable too!

I bought this for physical therapy at home and it works fine but the bike wants to lift up off the floor as I pedal so I had to bend my feet at a weird angle to get it to stay down. It’s great for the portability but it’s not as stable as I need it to be.

Pros:Portability: The exerciser is lightweight and foldable, making it easy to transport between home and office. It fits perfectly under my desk, allowing me to pedal while working.Ease of Use: It was incredibly easy to set up right out of the box, and I was able to start using it immediately.LCD Display: The LCD display is clear and shows key metrics like speed, distance, and calories burned, which helps me track my progress.Versatility: I've used it for both leg and arm exercises, and it's been great for improving my circulation and muscle tone.Cons:Stability: While it's generally stable, it can shift a bit during intense pedaling sessions. I found that placing it on a non-slip mat helps.Resistance Levels: Although the resistance is adjustable, I wish there were more levels for a more challenging workout.Overall Experience:This pedal exerciser has been a great addition to my daily routine. It's helped me stay active, especially on busy days when I can't dedicate time for a full workout. The convenience of being able to use it while working or watching TV is a huge plus. The minor issues with stability and resistance levels aren't deal-breakers for me, considering the overall benefits and affordability of the product.Recommendation:I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple, compact exercise solution, especially for those who spend a lot of time at a desk. It's a great way to keep moving throughout the day without disrupting your work.

This pedal excerciser is good for the price.PROS:Good for cardio.Easy to store. Doesn't take up much room.Seems sturdy after a week+ of daily use.Quiet.Good price.CONS:The tension knob is just a bolt that tightens down onto the center of the pedal arm, so the pedal arm gets VERY hot after a bit of use. I just don't add tension and use it for cardio only. The computer does not stay on during use. It shuts off after a few minutes which means it isn't tracking the time, calls, etc.The feet grip great on smooth surfaces, but slide when on carpet. I have to put a weight in front of it to keep it in place when not using it at my desk.My desk is either lower than most or I have longer legs, because I cannot use this under the desk without my knees hitting. I just push out from my desk a bit to use it.SUMMARY:I still give it 4 stars because it does what I need it to do and is a decent little excerciser for the price. I use it at least 20 mins or more Mon-Fri while in web meetings.

Even though it came with a slip-free pad that you can put on the floor, it still slips. Using it a few minutes a day on the couch allows me to burn some calories and keep my A1C down.

Was okay at first but now the tension knob won't stay where you put it, which makes it a weak pedal. Not sure how to fix that. It's okay to get some circulation moving in feet and for the arms (on table) rather than just sitting. Good for seniors looking for light exercise.

I deducted a Star because of two problems.1. You bang your knees. I'm 5'6 and my knees come up too high. You would have to be really short to use under a desk or table without banging your knees.2. It slides. I attempted to use a non-slip pad but the pad slid too and bunched up. The only solution that worked was to buttress the pedal exerciser up against a stationary object to keep it from sliding.Bottom line is if you use it out in the open and have it up against a wall or something to keep it from sliding IT'S GREAT. Think of it as a stationary bike but without that horrible hard bike seat that hurts to sit on. I use a arm chair with a cushioned seat and back support. It's sturdy and I feel secure from falling. This is perfect for an older person or a overweight person and I'm both. I'm a senior lady and my feet and ankles swell when sitting. I bought this to help with circulation. I use it when reading or watching TV. Once you work around the two issues I mentioned, I think this is GREAT and yes I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a older or overweight person who needs to exercise their legs. I don't like to exercise but when I use this pedal exerciser while watching a TV show, I forget I'm doing it.No assembly, you just unfold and it snaps into place. Black knob is to adjust tension. You need to buy a battery if you want to use the LCD read out, which I don't bother with. One reviewer said this had a smell. Ridiculous, there's nothing on it to smell. It's metal, there's no plastic or fabric. It's very sturdy. Arrived quickly.

Great little bike under my desk. I do it when i have a few minutes free. Dont expect this little thing to work like a treadmill. But it does its job well. I can feel the effect on my muscles after each bike. I recommend it.
