This is a terrific excercise bike which doesn't use a lot of space. It was extremely easy to assemble, even the tools needed for assembly are included. All of the components of the frame are impressively sturdy for a bike in this price range. A computer screen monitors speed, heart rate, distance and calories burnt. The resistance is easily adjusted and the bike when pedaling is extremely quiet. Lastly, the seat and backrest are also well made and comfortable. GREAT VALUE!!

Easy to install. Easy to adjust the seat.Good quality bike, sturdy and quiet when used. The price is reasonable. Great buy which I would recommend for seniors.

the quality and work man ship are top notch. I am a large person, and the seat seams to be a little low for me, I am using a pillow to raise myself up a little so my knees can get more circle motion.

Upon first use of bike, the pulley housing the belt is broken. I have no means of fixing shattered plastic, and the bike is now unusable as the pedals do not function. Filed for a refund, but Amazon expects me to ship an entire damaged bike back to them before they will refund me. Jelens website has a support number to call, but it rings endlessly with no answer. No help, just money down the toilet. DO NOT BUY

Little backstory, I want to begin my fitness journey and I am a complete beginner. I thought about a peloton or Nordic track but didn’t want to purchase an expensive bike until I establish good habits first. I am on the heavier side so the 350 max weight is what I need. I put together the bike as soon as it was delivered. It was packaged very well, not too heavy, I slid mine to the area where I will use it but a dolly would help. Most of it was put together you just put the bottom stabilizers, seat, handlebars and monitor on, it took me about 30 - 45 minutes and all tools were included. The bike is very well put together, it’s strong and sturdy and the flywheel is smooth and quiet - almost silent! Great value for the price. I gave it a test ride and it held up just fine. So glad I got this and not the others and if you can find a free 2-3 month fitness subscription you can give yourself a great start to the new year health/fitness wise. Can’t speak to long term but I don’t see any down side to it, I have zero regrets here.
