Nice quality and looks great but there were no templates provided. Had to make my own so I knew where to drill the holes. The metal roller is loud and falls apart every time you switch out the tp. I bought a plastic one that doesn't come apart which made it much more functional and quiet.

The screw was set angled and will not turn to tighten. The item will not function as mailed. Very disappointed in Moen.

A diferencia de otros productos marca Moer, esté viene en una bolsa transparente sin instrucciones y solo trae los tornillos pero necesitas comprar taquetes para fijarlo, se ve bonito y el material me agrada pero tuve que bajarle estrellas por que no es de la marca y no incluye todo para instalarlo.

Looks nice, but the center spring toilet paper holder isn’t a solid piece (it’s actually three pieces) so trickier for changing toilet paper than I like.

I was a little worried when I got the product. It didn’t come with directions and the anchors looked flimsy, but after I installed it I was beyond impressed. To be fair, I didn’t expect too much from the beginning because I bought the “8 dollar-ist” toilet paper holder I could find, but it matched the finish of the old one that I got drunk and tried to use as a handle when I fell over and ripped it out of the wall.This thing is surprisingly sturdy. It took a whole 3 minutes to install and it looks great. If you buy jumbo rolls of toilet paper they might be a bit snug in the beginning, but it’s a great product- especially for the price. The hardest part is finding a tiny flat head screwdriver skinny enough to fit in the tighteners on the bottom of the anchors. Would definitely buy again.
