Comes with oil pan, magnetic drain plug bolt, gasket and self making gasket which was a plus. Oil pan fit perfect. So far no leaks.

This was a perfect replacement for the oil pan in my 2005 Pontiac Vibe. It came with both a cork gasket as well as a tube of RTV silicone gasket maker, which was a nice surprise as I thought it was only going to come with the cork one. It also came with a new drain plug. I haven't had any leaks since installing it.
