These bases don't come with proper functional leveling bolts, if your floor is not perfectly level you could find your self working with a shop tool that can not be leveled and there for compromising your work quality,The new packaged item does not include fully threaded leveling bolt and the manufacture customer support spends more time playing games with you than actually helping you. As a result missing parts, wrong parts and broken parts are a nightmare to acquire,I will never buy a product from this company and pass this on to other local shops to do the same,Item on the left is from my old mobile base and the one on the right is from the new, as you can see the bolt shoulder stops you from any negative leveling adjustments.

I bought this base to make my delta 37-190 jointer mobile in my small garage.Pros: The base is of sturdy construction and sufficiently strong.It is finished well and easy to assemble.Cons:Two of the wheels are fixed which limits the ability to move in all directions. It is difficult for me with my small shop foot print to maneuver this machine.My shop floor is a little uneven and this base was unable to operate without bottoming out. I have other mobile bases that do not have this issue but this one appears to have a lower tolerance for uneven floors.I would not purchase this again but perhaps only because it cannot tolerate a slightly uneven floor. Others may find it acceptable for their work environment.

a little big for the Delta 190, i was expecting it to be exact size so it wouldn't shift when i'm moving the tool around my garage.

This is a great mobile base. It goes together easily, stays firmly in place when locked, and moves easily about my garage. Pretty much a no brainer if you need to keep your jointer mobile (which I do).No cons.

The fit of the OEM stand for my Delta Planer is a little sloppy in this mobile base but that doesn't affect performance and a couple of wood shims will solve that. All in all, it's great and I am quite satisfied. Appears to be of quality construction.

Moves my tool around which is why I bought it. I have had to cut and place a piece of plywood in the base to give everything a bit more stability.

I bought this to use with my Delta 22-790 Series Planer. Delta's web site indicated that this base was designed to work with my planer and it does. It seems to strain and flex under the weight of the planer when I have the wheel locked down in position to move the unit but it has worked so far.
