Not solid hard. Be careful if you experience hardship on setting them up as they simply stripe and fail. I had some hard time in a couple of them. They come in black color only, so be careful if you are expecting sets of different colors. Could have been better if they were harder and couple of sets for each iPhone color.

These are just as good as the original, and if not, better. Needed to buy replacements because I stripped one of the threads on the old ones. These went in really easily and I could go about my day, an awesome product. I highly recommend it
