I bought this board game mat hoping for a smooth surface to enhance my gaming experience. Unfortunately, it arrived folded, leaving deep ripples that won't flatten out. These ripples make it impossible to slide cards or keep anything steady on the mat. The whole purpose of a mat like this is defeated if it doesn't lay flat. I can't recommend this product to anyone—save your money and look elsewhere.

Bought this to cover dining room table when we play games. Would have been happier with this if it wasn’t folded and boxed during shipping. It’s all wrinkly and uneven on the table from being folded. I understand boxing is easier for shipping purposes. However, if this came rolled it would lay flat (like the pictures I saw when I looked at buying it.)
