It’s a nice design, easy to use and easy to clean. Makes a good coffee in minutes. Works well with induction, electric and regular stove tops.My only concern is the inside of the pot that holds water gets spotty and maybe it’s aluminum(I’m not sure). I have a problem with that. Other than that I like that it makes a great cup of coffee.

One slight criticism of these pots if you fill the bottom with preboiled water ( and i am not sure of any advantage in doing this being a coffee novice) is its difficult to screw the top onto the base as its so hot to handle. Glad I bought this better looking pot over the usual aluminium one but it functions exactly the same.

I bought these 2 mixepresso coffeemakers to reduce prep time in mornings - always one ready. I was disappointed withe product. The lid was out of alignment and did not fit properly. The gasket and filter was not a tight fit -did not seat properly. When the coffee started to move to the upper chamber, steam came from everywhere except the safety valve too much of a gap between the upper and lower parts of the pot. Seems like a design defect.When I poured 1/2pot of coffee and went back for a second cup, the coffee spewed out of that gap referred to above and spilled all over my kitchen counter. I need an exchange. A better more quality pot. I need to instructions on returning it to you.How come the mfr’s contact info, I.e. name and address are not on any of the packaging? I kept it at medium-high heat until it started to percolate then turned it down to low on my electric stove. The pot’s interior and exterior is starting to discolor. I even purchased a diffuser and it is still occurringMy guess some of these reviews are inflated and misleading. I would also like an invoice added to an order.

We love this coffee percolator. We camp a lot, and my son won't drink the coffee from other percolators because of coffee grinds. This percolator keeps the coffee grinds out of the coffee and makes a smooth coffee taste. The only thing is, it's small, and we had to make two to three pots every camping morning - so we bought two. It's also small enough it's hard to balance on a camp stove. We put a grate or pan over the stove to place the percolator on and that solved the issue. Other than that we love it! It makes a great coffee taste, just like a restaurant. Luxury camping item!
