CRAP!! Pretty close to being just as bad as their ceramic heater. I came home the other day, n one of the bulbs was just dangling inside the light fixture it was in. Scared me, cause it was on a set timer along with the other one! Both had blew sometime during the day while I was gone. Both light fixtures where on due to them being on timers. My Dragon was not cold, not to warm either, so they had blown sometime earlier. I'm pissed. I will never buy this brand again. As far as the ceramic heaters I bought from them, only one came working. I wrote them wanting to exchange the one that didn't work, but they never sent me a replacement. They said they would, twice, but didn't. I tried to write a review on the heaters, but there is a notice up saying they are getting fishy reviews so I need to prove my purchase, yet their item isn't in my purchases Amazon has listed for me to choose from. Now that's some smelly fishy stuff, imo! Afa I'm concerned both the heat bulbs n ceramic heaters aren't worth my money. The only heat bulbs I found here that r worth my money aren't allowed to be shipped to California. It's just getting frustrating to try n find long lasting heat bulbs, at least longer than 3 months!

***EDIT***Changed from 2 stars to 4 because they sent me a new box without asking, standing behind their product.****Puts out a decent amount of heat. But the first bulb only lasted 5 weeks. Will see how long the second one lasts…

[Update: Seller sent replacement bulbs. Haven't gotten to use them yet. Only time will tell.]Received product 2/1/25, burnt out 2/10/25.Lamp was set on an Alexa timer to turn on from sunrise to sunset (~10/day). The bulb lasted 9 days before it burnt out. The product states a 2,000-3,000 hour lifespan. I got about 90 hours. When I tried to unscrew the bulb from the lamp, the glass piece broke off. I had to use gloves to remove the metal portion from my heat lamp. Do not recommend.Hopefully support can reach out and replace the product. I'm on the second bulb now. Hopefully it does better.
