It works just as I had hoped. The quick connect worked amazingly well and took me no time to install. Top notch quality of components. However, I am trying to get more blue mist nozzles to improve my system. No leaks, water flow perfect. Highly approve. Should have ordered a larger or bigger size system but it will do.

Quick connects, tubing, and sprinklers (emitters) all work great. The 1/2 inch tubing connectors have failed (popped apart) three times now. While the concept is good the nut that compresses the 1/2" tube on the barb bottoms out before it is tight enough. As a result we have had the 1/2" tube pop out and damaged/killed several hundred dollars worth of plants while we were gone for a few days. Yes, the tubing was installed correctly. We are on a private well and usually have only 55-65 psi so pressure was not the issue. Either the barb is too small or the tubing is too thin or the barb and nut need more taper or something else needs to be done to correct this defect. I am going to use the splitters as provided but try stainless hose clamps rather than the nuts. The only problem with that is the risk of breaking the plastic barb if you tighten too much. I will try to update later.

Bought this for our front flower beds and there was more than enough hose and connectors for almost any application. It has worked well in the summer heat to keep the plants watered without me spending hours doing it. Of course, it doesn’t compare to a professionally installed sprinkler system but it’s also a fraction of the cost.I set it up in a relatively short period of time without any special tools (need something to cut the hoses). I used an automatic timer at the spigot, so it’s totally self-contained.The main issue I found was that when they first turn on, the water pressure would cause the main hose to separate from the connectors. I reinforced the connections with plumbers tape on the threads and duct tape on the outside (see pic), and haven’t had problems since. The water pressure also causes the hoses to flex/move so that they don’t stay covered by mulch. I’m thinking of using some inexpensive stakes to secure the hoses, and that should remedy the problem.Overall, well worth it!

Got this to replace the barb connector version. Which worked but the fittings were not molded right and did not work properly. Decided to try this one. The quick connect is far better and those parts are not leaking. However, this model uses the same plastic compression fittings for the 1/2in main hose. At first they were fine but after a week they all started leaking. They could not be tightened anymore. I tried on one of them and I stripped the plastic threads. ended up having to buy hose clamps for each one of them. Cost me almost twenty bucks in additional stainless steel clamps but now it is leak free. Plastic compression fittings over a barb for the 1/2in hose is a bad design. This system will work if you buy it but anticipate having to reengineer some aspects of it.

I absolutely love this system! My current house wasn't built with a sprinkler system in mind, and as we put in all the flowerbeds ourselves, we needed something I could hide under the mulch. I love how this system can be cut and customized to each individual bed and each individual plant. It was super easy to install, and performs great. My only complaint is that the larger of the hoses is definitely too short, and I ended up having to buy a regular hose to run to the main water line. Overall for the price I'm really happy.

This product worked very well. The adjustments built into the nozzles as well as the ease of and fit of the installation was a nice project to take on.
