I recently purchased the DAOTAILI Misting System for my reptile enclosure, and it has exceeded my expectations.The pump provides consistent water pressure, and the adjustable 360° misting nozzles do a fantastic job of evenly distributing mist throughout my enclosure. It creates the perfect environment for my reptiles by maintaining humidity without over-saturating the space.One thing that impressed me was how user-friendly the installation process is. The included tube cutter isn't just for cutting tubing; it also has a tool to release the quick-connect fittings, making adjustments and setup incredibly simple. No need to worry about fiddling with fittings!The suction line strainer is cleverly designed but does require a bit of attention during assembly. It includes a cap that attaches to the hose, along with a small metal ball inside the strainer basket that serves as a weight to keep it submerged. Once everything is assembled, it's important to firmly press the cap into the strainer basket to ensure it stays secure. This extra step keeps the assembly from coming apart and ensures continuous water flow without interruptions.Since I have extremely hard water, I am using distilled water with this misting system to prevent the nozzles from clogging. This has been working great and helps maintain optimal performance without worrying about mineral buildup.The build quality feels sturdy and reliable. The misting nozzles can be adjusted to meet various humidity needs, and the materials used seem durable enough to last for a long time, even with daily use.This mister is a fantastic value for reptile enthusiasts or anyone needing a reliable misting system. I bought this unit to replace a U.S.A. made Mist King spray system that I managed to destroy with an ill placed length of translucent RO/DI tubing that fed the Mist King from my RO/DI reservoir. The translucent tubing got a many hours of lighting a day, and over many years eventually collected enough algae inside the tubing to block the RO/DI feed and eventually destroy the Mist King pump. What I neglected to do when I created the Mist King spray setup was to use BLACK RO/DI tubing. I've since replaced my translucent tubing with black tubing.I used this replacement DAOTAILI spray pump to completely replaced my dead Mist King pump. The DAOTAILI pump had the necessary complete functionality to replace the dead pump. The new pump system came with many replacement parts (tubing/connectors) that I had no use for ~ the replacement pump alone was enough to fix my problem.CAVEAT ~ the new pump came with an RO/DI tubing cutter. It is perhaps the third or forth cutter I've owned. BUT, it was also the sharpest blade I've ever found in a tubing cutter. I wore more than one bandage for a few days on my fingers to make up for my handling stupidity...

This out performs all those reptile mist pumps. Combine with a cheap smart plug and your favorite automation control like Alexa and it couldn't be more perfect. Silent, powerful, and efficient. I use this in a grow tent with a tube into a 30 gallon tank of water to water orchids.

The misters seem to clog quickly for some reason. Then the pressure builds and bursts the thin tubing. I've gone through all 4 misters and had to clean up a few small indoor ponds.
