Tired of constantly filling your 6.4 Powerstroke radiator with coolant because you have a leaking radiator? The engineers are Mishimoto have been hard at work designing an all-aluminum 6.4 radiator to put an end to puddles of coolant under your truck. The Mishimoto 6.4 Powerstroke radiator is constructed from high-quality aircraft-grade aluminum with a 100% brazed aluminum core, TIG-welded to aluminum end tanks for superior durability and longevity. 6.4 Powerstroke radiator have much different mounting designs than their predecessors, with two side mounting pegs which attach the radiator to the upper support. On the factory Ford 6.4 radiator, solid side mounting pegs transfer force from the truck directly to the radiator, causing failures. The engineers at Mishimoto designed rubber mounting pegs, specifically for this truck, to reduce the flex force aimed at the 6.4 radiator end tanks. This aluminum 6.4 Powerstroke radiator retains factory fitment for an easy installation process and includes a magnetic drain plug to catch any debris in your cooling system. Pair this 6.4L radiator with the Mishimoto 6.4 Powerstroke Silicone Coolant Hose Kit for the most durable cooling solution around. As with all our Powerstroke performance parts, this Ford 6.4 radiator is protected by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Fit great. Nice welds. Towing 5th wheel with 08 F250 full west coast trip, holding up well. No leaks. Highly recommend. Quickest ship.

I have a 2008 F250 diesel. 6 months ago (130k miles) I replaced the factory radiator with another Motorcraft radiator figuring I'd get another 100k miles out of it easily. Clearly I was wrong. The stupid plastic sides leaked and I was out $600.Lesson learned. When you're dealing with a heavy duty truck, only buy the best, heavy duty parts. This Mishimoto radiator is gorgeous! The aluminum side welds are perfection. I almost wanted to just mount it on the wall in my garage it was so amazing to look at. Installation was straightforward (having just done it 6 months ago) -- if you need tips look up install videos on youtube. I will say you will definitely want to buy a vacuum radiator fluid device to fill it back up or you'll have a heck of a time getting rid of all of the air in the system. The vacuum device is my new best friend for radiator installs. If you're on the fence between buying a regular radiator or this one, learn from my $600 mistake -- just get the Mishimoto. Period. You'll never regret it.

This radiator is expensive but looks great and works great as well. Installed with new Mishimoto hoses on my 2010 Ford F350 6.4l diesel. I just completed a 1700 mi trip to Deadwood, SD for a 3 wheel MC rally towing a 44' toyhauler. Gross weight of 5th wheel and truck is 32000 lbs. Radiator and hoses kept the temps below 220F on all but steepest grades in 90F+ temps. Soon as fan clutch kicked in temp would rapidly drop to below 200F.

Great packaging, some slight outside damage on box but not eanough to hurt item. Great upgrade high quality aluminum and very sturdy. On install beware rubber mounts don’t stay attached to bottom use a little tape to hold on. Also very important when using retainer clip nut for bottom fan shroud I noticed it will rub against unit after a long period of bumps it will wear through and cause radiator failure ( I just took a 1/4 in or less off retainer clip so it would not rub through). It is a tight fit radiator and I am very happy with results so far. Will add more of review after it is in service for a few months. Not many options out there for replacement but I do wish it was a little cheaper, Or maybe they could throw in some free hoses or stickers at the least.

Really a nice upgrade for 2008-2010 Super Duty Diesel. One star off for an issue on the bottom driver's side where they didn't provision for the Fuel cooler hoses and it forces them out of the way making the fit too tight and restricting them. I called Mishimoto and they were receptive and really wanted to improve the product. I sent them pics showing the problem. Otherwise, works great and no more leaks! I did not install their upper radiator support which they informed me is required to get their lifetime warranty. I just couldn't see another $350 making much difference on a relatively stock truck. Might be a good idea for a heavily tuned vehicle or one used for competition.

Just finished installing this radiator in my truck last week. Took me all day but I also installled new belts, hoses, pulleys and belt tensioners. The radiator was the easy part of the job. I should have pulled the fan but thought I'd just work around it and replacing the belts and pulleys was a bear in comparison to the radiator. Most difficult thing was tucking the AC condensor out of the way. Just work it gently out of the way. I worked alone and pulled the old radiator out and set in the new Mishimoto single handed. Not a problem, even for a retired guy like me. The welds on it are a thing of beauty. Make sure you transfer all the hardware from old radiator to the new one, including the rubber isolators at the bottom of the old radiator. Use the supplied Mish bolts when bolting anything toward the new radiator, because the OEM bolts are too long in several places. I used an automotive magnetic gripping tool to pull/start the fan shroud bolts that are hard to get to otherwise. Piece of cake to install and a very well made product. Five Stars!
