This is a grout sealer and hopefully it does what it says. I applied 2 coats to our backsplash tile. It's very runny/watery and after using one bottle, I decided to pour about 1/8th of a cup into a small container and I used a disposable brush to "paint" it on. The brush I used was 2x bigger than the applicator brush and covered the grout lines faster and more complete. I didn't waste as much using this method.There's plenty of working time for wiping it off the tiles. If I missed wiping anywhere, there weren't any discolored areas that showed up afterwards.I don't know how stain resistant it is and I'm not splashing tomato sauce on it to test it! Going to trust it until my husband creates a mess making pizza, I guess, then we'll know.

Tiktok made me realize the grout in my room wasn't sealed. It's an outside room turned into a bedroom and the room is always stuffy. Every time I moped the grout absorbed the water. I was able to do half my room (about 10x10ft) with the 2 bottles. I went over it 3 times just to make sure. I will have to buy more to do the other half of my room later on though. The area I treated is definitely water resistant, the water beads up on the tile instead of being absorbed.

This was easy to use!!!! Great product! The sealability was exactly what I expected! I will be ordering more and for my parents house.

Used it to cover the shower mosaic tiles. When applying you do see grout change colour ( gets darker ) and then dries back to the original colour.After the application the grout is still gets darker when the shower is in use, so I am not sure the sealer worked.

Easy to use. Brush on tip is super convenient. Liquid does pour quick so I recommend not holding it straight while applying

Wish I would have bought this first. We tried the spray version - never again. This was so easy to use and cut the time so much. I will always use this applicator for future grout sealing. Also you could probably keep the containers and rinse out and refill them. Only con was the smell I believe. A little strong.

The 6-ounce bottle was perfect for sealing the grout in my kitchen, living room, dining room, and entryway.Application was surprisingly easy using the built-in applicator tip. The liquid is thin enough to penetrate deeply but doesn't run everywhere. Just follow the grout lines, let it absorb for a few minutes, and wipe off any excess. Pro tip: Work in small sections to ensure even coverage.It's been 3 months since application, and water still beads up beautifully on the grout lines. No more stains from spills or foot traffic! The sealer is completely invisible once dry and hasn't changed the original color of my grout at all.A bit pricey compared to big-box store brands, but totally worth it for the quality and peace of mind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to protect their grout investment longterm.

Great grout sealer and more direct contact with the grout then the spray on version. The 2 pac was less expensive than the big box store and was the exact same product. Did the job for me and no complaints.
