I was hesitant in buying a weighted vest and did some research. Decided to try this one and love it! It is very easy to use and to add on weight. Don’t hesitate- buy this!

Love this weighted vest. There are multiple straps that can be adjusted. It fits well on a woman’s body. The weights are solid material and not sand so there’s no chance of it leaking. It’s easy to take on and off and adjust the weight. Great purchase

Great quality. Iron weights are very solid. Love that I can adjust the amount of weight in the vest when I want to. This vest will last a very long time. I’m 5’4” and weigh 135 lbs with a larger chest and if it’s great. Very happy with my purchase and glad I didn’t skimp on a low quality cheaper vest. This one is a winner!

I like that I can adjust the weight of the vest. It’s a little awkward getting it adjusted the first time, my husband assisted, but after that it’s comfortable.

The quality is top notch. I appreciate how adjustable the fit is. I was able to get a great fit despite being quite full busted and on the heavier side. It is very comfortable to wear. I also like how I can easily adjust the weights. It would be nice if there was a pocket for a cell phone or keys or other small items. It would also be nice if the iron bars were thinner. They are a little bulky.

I am a 5'4 female. This fits me well. I've tried sand weighted items in the past and they're simply not for the long haul (pun intended;p) since I plan on using for rucking (get it now? Lol) and resistance training. I was looking for something that was going to last and that I could incrementally add weight to. I love that more weight capacity sits in the back than the front. This seems to assist with my posture instead of causing me to hold my body forward to support the weight while walking. So far, the walking is great. That straps are placed beautifully. The small straps on the back really help out the shoulders (didnt realize they existed until 20 minutes into the walk). Popped a couple Squats with it fully weighted. It's weight, but hands free! Will update if there are any issues. So far the quality looks like what I paid for!

I researched a lot before I picked this vest, and am so glad I did. I just love it.It is well made, sturdy, and adjustable. I can add as little or as many weights as I want.I have used it walking, and even around the house. I am sure it will take me up to thenext level in my fitness training. Very glad I bought it, absolutely love it.

This is as comfortable as I'd expect a 30lb vest to be. I use it for walking the dog (yes, this can result in questions from neighbors and odd looks from strangers), moderate pace walks with elevation changes. I previously trained for backpacking trips by using a weighted pack. This is far more comfortable, and I can cram up to 50lbs into this vest.I purchased the 50lb vest because it seemed a better value than the 30lb - those bricks, by themselves, cost more than buying them with the vest. All the bricks can be removed and rearranged as needed.I love the adjustments possible. I've shifted plates around as needed, moving from 18-26lbs. I've had a bit of pull on a shoulder, although nothing as bad as the pain of a poorly distributed or ill-fitting pack. And the side straps are basically just wide Velcro strips. Not elegant, but effective for keeping it cinched. I'm not a small girl (sz 10-12, 5'7") but I could be much smaller or bigger and this would fit. The excess of Velcro straps on the shoulders doesn't seem to have a placekeeper, so mine stick up a bit. It's not the most stylish or streamlined piece of gear, basically. There are certainly details that could be improved, but not necessarily things that decrease function.Bottom line, though, is it does the job with tons of room to grow and adapt to training needs, so it was exactly what I was looking for.

For my women in the service, this is for us!I bought this despite the price because there really is no other option for women. I cannot wear men's vests because of my body type. I am about 5'6" but mostly torso and maybe 140 lbs athletic with a soft layer on top. I am generally fairly petite, maybe a 28" waist because I've put on weight, but I wear a 28F bra size so there is simply no way the one size fits all thing would work for me. For reference, I can tighten up a female level IIIa body armor about as tight as it gets. The only sports bras that are tight enough on my are the under armour ones in small. There is a reason why I have this as tight as it gets. So if you're my size, you can still wear this. On the other hand, you can back out all the straps a few inches in the shoulders and a ridiculous amount in the waist, so you can be a big strong awesome viking woman and still have this fit you like a glove. That is, if 30 lbs is enough for you. This vest does a pretty good job of putting the weight between your breasts so it's not really pulling down on you, if you know what I mean. Nobody likes that feeling that their training equipment is going to put their breasts in their lap within the month. Sad face :( Make sure that it is nice and snug if you want to run with it. I fave mine adjusted so that when tight the belted area fits snuggly under the front of my ribcage so as not to bounce up on me when I run. I started with 18 lbs and will be slowly working my way up. Be kind to your knees, don't start with way more weight then you're used to. Give your body a chance to adjust.I saw someone had a hard time figuring out how to put it on, so I will explain it...The vest comes fully loaded with a belt strap on the side in a box with no instructions. There are five pockets on the front and five pockets on the back, each with a three pound weight that looks like a metal bar of soap. (Homey don't play that, hahaha...but I digress.) If you would like to take weights out, take the same amount from the front and back. If you take one from each side, take the middle ones. If you take two, take corresponding left and right ones so that the vest stays evenly weighted. The vest slips over your head with the side that has an X shape for your breast on the front. You can adjust the shoulder strap length by undoing the strap and pulling apart the front and back that are held together with velcro. I overlapped mine as far as they can go without interfering with the securing strap because I am small. Reattach the securing strap and your strap is now adjusted. Repeat on the other side. The belt is made of mostly velcro. There are two elastic sides that will allow you to breathe slightly. There is a velcro attachment with a double D ring (like a belt) that goes on the front. To make the belt smaller, undo the velcro on the back side and make it smaller. It is okay for the velcro to overlap. The belt will still work fine. Adjust it so that, when worn, the front side with the D ring is as tight as it gets for maximum security. Lastly, attach the back side of the velcro to the back side of the vest before you put it on. There is a big strip of velcro (hook side) that goes across the bottom row of pockets on the back. Put on the vest. Pull the belt around nice and tight attaching one side of the velcro to the front and then the other. Use the securing strap with the D rings to sinch it up and then use the velcro end to hold the strap down.AFTER USING IT expect your neck and shoulder area (trapezius and levator scapulae) to be sore from having weight that you're not used to carrying there. This is great for training for a long backpacking trip or for wearing body armor for anyone in the service. For my martial artists, doing forms and stances in this vest will make your legs ready for anything. Just be aware that it will throw your trained balance off a bit. It's worth it.Bottom line is that if you like training and you want some good resistance, but you are a small woman and/or find men's vests uncomfortable on your breasts, just buy it. It will be worth the money.
