This ball is okay. It has a thick rubbery feel to it. It took about 125 pumps to air it up. I needed for post knee surgery for resistance. So far works okay

Got this on recommendation of my Physical therapist and it's great. there is a coating on the ball to make it non slip. FYI it comes deflated, but they include an inflater.

This ball inflates to be about as big as a regulation basketball, which is perfect for our needs. The inflation process was easy, and I haven't noticed it losing any air over the time since I first filled it up. Would buy again.

I love this little squeeze ball for different simple exercises. Incredibly easy to inflate. Instructions included very simple way to inflate using a tough straw. Very valuable tool to add to exercise equipment. Fits perfect between ankles and knees to do small controlled exercises.
