I am a retired electrical engineer. I needed a remote so I could debug a gate controller at a distance. I am impressed with the distance working about as advertised. The remote has an antenna that can be pulled up, increasing the range greatly. The output is active low being driven to ground on activation. Unit is stable and has been in operation driving a relay module for a month now without any issues.

This product works in every way but the way I need. I programmed for momentary operation following their video and the instructions. The resulting operation is opposite what they claim. When the fob button is pushed, the test LEDs turn off. When the fob button is released, the LEDs turn on. Since I need the opposite for my application, this won’t work. The attached pictures show this behavior.

This may not work the way that you want. If you want to power an led or a bulb, then this will do the trick. If you want to cut a single wire in half and put this in between, it will not work because both sides share their ground. This device works by switching the ground. As such, it is not compatible with input and output that share a common ground. That being said, the seller attempted to explain this in the description by saying that this is a ground switcher, so I won't give it a bad review. All of the modes work as described. The other reviewer who thinks latch mode is meant to latch their gate is very confused. I think the instructions and the provided video are more than enough to get you where you need to go. Just don't expect to install this inside of one device with a common ground! Get a 433mhz relay that has a single negative input and COM NC and NO contacts on the other side instead :)
