I recently purchasing a second linear actuator as the first one been flawless. I have installed them on my personal yard machine as a way to demonstrate a way to make plows and rear lift components easier on my customers. These are paired with switches and circuits that do not allow them to operator under 12v as required. I will definitely be purchasing more as my costumers need them.There's not much to say, the video shows it for itself. Very good quality, very affordable price.

bought a pair of these after watching a video on You Tube. A guy fabricated an upper and lower bracket to bolt onto his 48HP Johnson motor to add a power tilt. I have some skills and a welder, so decided to give it a try. After designing the brackets, cutting the metal and welding, I bolted them onto my 1988 Johnson 50 HP outboard. The linear actuators (6 inch stroke size) worked great and easily lifted/tilted the motor up and down. I mounted the motors on the actuators as high as possible to avoid full submersion into the water. I have not tested them out yet on the water, but expect it will work great.

Completely waterproof. This is a powerful linear Actuator for my tracking solar panels. The require low power to operate, estimate 2-3 amps. they use no power when unused. Actuator has built in stop which I use by positioning it far west in the extended position. When the actuator filly extends, it just stops and doesn't attempt to go any farther. Far east is completely retracted. Motor is 12vdc reversable... Forware move east to west and reverse is west to east. I have used this type for many years and they just keep on working.I have a 75 year old Delta drill press that I've updated and outfitted to be highly functional. Only problem is that the table has to be manually "maneuvered" to adjust its height and it's a PITA: it has no cranking mechanism! After some Google searching I found some using a trailer jack but most interesting solution: using something called a linear actuator! So I went for it. After some challenging backyard engineering, it works! And I added the AC/DC

The only minor con is the actuator is a bit slow, but for the price, I have no complaints. Given the torque, I could build a linear velocity multiplier lever mechanism, but so far, I’m very happy with the results.Using for lifting my 85HP outboard up and down. My old tilt and trim was impossible to find and way to expensive. Modern day problems call for modern day fixes. I cut out where my old actuators were and did some modifications. Was a good half days work, needed to weld a bit on the brackets that came with it. I only have one hooked up that being said, it says it’s rated for 330lbs. My motor is 270lbs so I was skeptical this would work. I had to enlarge the hole on the actuator that goes up and down as well. I put marine sealant on everything that will be underwater. I will see how this holds up!

I replaced the handles on this lawn tractor snowblade with these linear actuators. They have given me several years of service with no failures. It saves my back. I'm very impressed!Exactly what I expected and no surprises… just what I needed for my RV after having upgraded our mattress to one that was too heady for the gas struts holding under-mattress-storage-compartment open. The linear actuators make that chore easy for my wife, making the lift easy and safe.

I use this actuator to tilt my panels every month to maximize solar efficiency. So far working great and much safer than using tie downs to tilt.Eco-Worthy works perfectly. Easy to wire and does the job.
