Would love to use this single coil long distance charger with a new product I am selling but can’t get customer service to respond to me and can’t find any other info about this company. Working fine with android but has an issue with my iPhone 14

Ordered the 9 coil.Its a large unit, about 22-24 cm. Detection looks to be within 1cm through air which is fantastic (youd get up to 70% of that through plastic or wood materials).Fast charging works with the included adapter. Only problem is, it seems that you can only charge 2 devices with the included adapter (two Samsung phones were fast charging, meaning 15w charge rate). 2 phones cap this module out, and then when 3 are added the coils start powering the receivers on-and-off, so no devices charge in this state. I believe this is the power supply, or a chip on the PCB capping out at 30w.I have not yet tried another adapter, as i have this unit built in to my couch drop-down table right now. My assumption is if you use a slightly lower powered adapter, the coils will only spool up to 5-10w and you would be able to use 3 devices without fast charging.Might buy another to build into my car. These are my new go-to as theyre tbe best quality you can find on amazon, albeit a bit pricy. You get what you pay for.Id rate 4.5 but amazon only lets me do 4.
