I bought of these and one arrived broken with the battery all swollen and the second one I charged it all day and as I was setting it up it made me buy 2 different monthly services one to record the other just service so and $35 dollars and once I did that I tried to turn it on and it won’t recognize it and so ot won’t turn on o tried resetting it up and now ot won’t get my password. Don’t waste your money both worth it

Do not buy them. You will need to but a Sim card. Also, you need to pay for the Sim card service and the GPS service. Invest more on a better price and that not require Sim car and monthly payment plus service.

Of all the products I have ever bought on Amazon this one had to have been the worse. The product was cheaply made and you would have needed the Hubble's Telescope to have read the user manual if you decided to keep the device. The rechargeable power source was swollen and unusable. As the old expression goes, you get what you pay for.

Literally a scam item doesn't turn on and the app asks for a subscription and has you located somewhere in China would not reccomend I'm sending it back asap
