This product is useless. You are required to set up an account. Then they want you to download a QR Scanner. To set up the account you must provide email or phone number in addition to password. Yet the app won’t allow you to make an account. To return the item they charge you a dollar to have the labels mailed to you.The cost is not worth it. The process of using the product is defective. I have no proof but I think that are fishing for personal info of others.
