Now, I did not pay very much for this product (it was about $26 with a 30% off digital coupon) so I was not expecting this to work well if not at all. As the headline says I was pleasantly surprised as too how well this is working. The instructions are pretty clear, setup was pretty easy, I was up and running on Android Auto wireless in less that 3 mins. So far my touch wheel and steering wheel controls work as they do for the wired version. The sound quality sounds great to my ears, I have no complaints. I have left this adapter in my car while at work (8hrs or more) and the temp inside my car was well over 100 degrees and so far it is still working as well as the first day I got it. I had a Motorola MA1 before this that stopped working after about 6 months and they have replaced it, but I will continue to use this one in spite of having a now working MA1. I don't have any IOS devices so I have not been able to test that. I've only had this for a week so I will update the review after a few months especially if this stops working. But for now it is way better than expected. It feels pretty solid and well built and I love how small and discreet it is, especially compared to my previous AA only device.Update 10/30/2024:So far it is still working as well as day one. I also forgot to include my car model: AUDI S5 2019 Sportback Prestige. I can't recall getting a phone call while using this so I can't speak to how it reconnects yet.

This is a well made and smart colour coded 4 in 1 lead which is 1.8m long. The cable isthick and braided and will withstand anything you are likely to do to it. The 4 in 1 cablecould be increased with an Amazon USB to type C adapter (very inexpensive) whichmeans the power end can be plugged into a type C charger. I like the idea of the twolightning cable ends as this could be the most used cable end. Whilst the cable willcharge 4 devices at the same time you would need to user a fast charge adapter of over20w if you want to any sensible charging times. The cable itself is for charging only anddoes not support data transmission. This is an ideal length for use when travelling homeor abroad. for the bedside or when charging from a battery pack. I no longer have a leadfor every device and use the multi leads as kids especially always seem to have flatbatteries on their phones and it avoids spending ages looking for a cable that would fittheir device. Very pleased with the quality of the cable which at time of reviewing was£7.99. I would recommend this cable

The adapter connects pretty easily, and Android Auto pops up on my car's screen. Every time I try to play music, though, the device freezes for a few seconds at a time for the whole duration it is plugged in. It's like I'm playing a very scratched CD. The premise of the wireless Bluetooth adapter is really cool, but the execution needs a lot of work.

It works perfectly fine with CarPlay, but it will not work with Android Wireless. Which was the entire point of purchasing it. So I will be returning it!

I prefer the wireless android auto to the corded. This one is nice because it doesn't hang down and dangle. However, I have noticed the sound quality goes down a bit on this when using this VS on board BT. If that's something you can live with then this will be great, if not I would just keep that in mind. I also don't like that it essentially keeps my car "awake" even when the car is off. This may be a unique issue because I have a KIA EV6 which is an electric car, but personally I do not like it running my 12v battery down when the car is not in use. Otherwise it works how you would expect.

I decided to order this charging cable due the different ports on the end. It is handy to keep while on the go or in the car, particularly for those who may be with groups that have different phones. So far it is holding up to daily use. The charging speed is fairly average and isn’t as fast as some other “lightening” chargers, hence the 4 stars, but it certainly gets the job done, and can be used on multiple phones at once.

I am impressed with this cable.The cable has two lightning, one USB micro B and one USB C plug, with a USB A connection to attach to a power source. This means that the cable will attach to the most common devices for getting power into your phone, tablet or other device.In use, the cable works brilliantly, but it is limited to charging at 5V, so rapid charging will not work with the cable. However, this is one cable that has the most common device connectors on it, and as such when you are stuck, or need to keep things simple this cable is ideal. I have used it with my powerbank when I needed to charge on the move and only wanted to carry one cable, and it lives in my desk drawer, ready to top up my phones, tablets and other devices, and of course for those moments when a relative visits with their iPhone.The cable length of 1.8m works well, without being too long but long enough to allow me to use my device while charging.Overall, this is a great cable to have for those moments when you have multiple devices with different connectors to charge, or as a universal charging cable to take with you on your commutes.
