I would have given this 5 stars if the unit didn't have such a marijuana odor upon opening the box. I was tempted to ship it back, but a soapy wash cleared the odor. I'm a dispensary owner, so I'm not anti drug.That said, the lock system is easy enough to manage and works reliably. The unlock feature uses an old school, Nintendo cheat code to unlock it when not in "Fortress Mode."Its construction wont resist a set of tools and brute force, but you can only blame yourself for that. The locking mechanism is reinforced with stamped steel that prevents prying it open with only screw driver. Cutting of the structure around the latch reinforcement is required. Don't blame the company if you tool up and bust in. Buy something stronger than your tool set instead.It has two 15mmx9mm access ports on each side of the bottom, easily allowing charging cables to enter the storage area while locked.I got the fake wood grained unit. It looks nice. I've seen the white and it's, well, white.As far as value goes, it's not super pricey, but I have seen metal units for the same price. I have not tested the metal units, and can say this one works great.

This product is a lifesaver. Literally. If you know you know- sometimes there are things you need to moderate but you have trouble self-regulating. This takes your willpower completely out of the equation. No more debates with myself. Set a time, click the "Fortress Mode" button, and start the timer. The box whirrs and clicks into place as Daddy Lockbox tells you: "Come back later, son." No point in fussing, the time is what it is and there's nothing to do but wait it out. Again, if you know you know.This is a perfect product. Perhaps the best thing I've ever purchased for myself in my life. That's not an exaggeration. Use it for anything you can't keep your own hands off it.It's extremely well-made, brilliantly designed. Super simple to set, and there's no bypass if it's in Fortress Mode- even if the batteries run out, it won't open til you change batteries and the timer runs out. So be sure about the times you set. It gives you 15 second countdown if you change your mind. Great battery life.Truly amazing. If I could give this product 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Here they are: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered this because a competitor product fell on the floor and literally opened unprompted on the ground. This is not only far more durable, but their customer service is such that I was able to contact them and ask them to erase the code to unlock the lockbox during fortress mode, making it truly impenetrable without a massive hammer during that time. Short of spending ten times this amount on a small steel safe, this is absolutely the best product around. Don't bother with any competitors. This one is the absolute best at this price point unless you want to spend ten times more on a steel safe.

I was looking forward to getting this because I get distracted by my phone easily when reading books or studying.Got it today in the mail and tested it a few times for a few minutes of locking and testing the cancellation codes etc to make sure it was working. Was working fine on the tests.Finally decided to put my iPhone in it for two hours to read. Once the two hours was up it made the sound of it unlocking but it wouldn’t open.I spent a good half an hour trying everything to get it to open, tried opening the top in different directions incase one side needed to lift first or both at once etc, did a few minutes of locking it, locked it then canceled, replaced the batteries. Nothing worked.I ended up having to pry it open cause this was just before my bed time and I have work the next day with my iPhone being my alarm clock.It’s now unusable since I had to pry it open and parts of it bent.If I could give a lower rating I would, I wanted to love this product but I’m so disappointed and it was a big waste of money.

Perfect size. Most products are phone only. This container holds many things.The product works great. With both a fortress mode (no opening possible) and a light mode (override possible).Great way to regulate addictive things. I would greatly recommend the product.

This box has great value for money. Every week I lock things that distract me during the week and my productivity has increased greatly. The fortress mode is perfect for someone like me who constantly wants to use these things but when I am unable to unlock it with a code it creates a barrier to keep me on track. The box is sturdy and feels well made and its intuitive design makes it easy to use.

I bought this for one reason - to lock away my vape pen. It worked like a charm. The fortress mode is a lifesaver and the community is so great I couldn't even find a breaker code for it online. It locks fully, and nothing not even removing the batteries can get it open if it's fortressed (unless you message the mindsight team or you've completely lost the plot and intentionally break it). 7 days nic free for the first time in 10 years. It obviously can't give you all the willpower you need to break a bad habit if you're not ready to yet, but for me it's been the cornerstone of this process.

I have no willpower to get off my phone sometimes. This has been really awesome!! I have such peaceful mornings when I know getting on my phone is simply not an option. It’s crazy how much calmer I am!! My anxiety is MUCH lower. If you feel like you’re on your phone too much and are on the fence, I would say go for it!!!Pros:- great value, does the job. Doesn’t feel like it’ll break easily or anything. No reason to spend more than this imo- has little holes on the bottom that you can string a charger through to charge it while it’s locked up. I don’t think this was the intended purpose of the holes but I use them for that and think it’s nice.- easy to use timer/locking mechanism.Only cons:- the little emergency code to bypass the timer is too easy to memorize. I sometimes need my phone for work so I dont feel comfortable using the fortress mode. I memorized the bypass code the first time I had to use it and now I think it’s slightly more tempting to just punch it in really quick haha. Wish I had the extra step of having to read it to deter me but Not a huge deal at all. It might be possible to change it, but I haven’t tried. I kinda think you can’t. But yeah I would say try your absolute hardest to not look at it for as long as possible lol. But also, once you get kinda used to not using your phone, it gets a lot easier to resist.- it’s a bit small. It can fit several of any type of phone but no other type of device. Now that I have it and love it I kinda wish I had one that can fit my gaming controllers too. That’s kinda my fault tho for not just getting a bigger one. if you only want it for your phone(s) it’s the perfect size. If you’re getting this for gaming then definitely get a bigger one.

La caja y el mecanismo funcionan muy bien, el diseño es funcional y se logra todo lo prometido.Sin embargo, al leer las instrucciones, se observa que 2 de los 3 modos de bloqueo se cancelan utilizando el conocido código gamer Konami.No creo que haya sido prudente utilizar un popular código gamer para anular el funcionamiento de un aparato que está relacionado con tecnología y gadgets.En las instrucciones no hay indicaciones de que se puedan cambiar dicho código.

Can anyone help me step by step on how to activate and set the time in Fortress mode, it seems thatwhenever I want to confirm the time at the end of the setting it cancels the whole setting and returns again to a point of zero which is very frustrating since I know the normal cancel code I need a stricter mode than Standard lock pattern
