Item arrived on time and as described NEW not someone’s reconditioned return. This tool is used almost every day and the torque is impressive. Ratchet came with two batteries and a charger. I own several Milwaukee tools and have found them to be very reliable.

Battery life last a long time the head on this tool is small so you can fit it into closer places the controllability of the trigger allows you a variable speed that is very very precise two batteries and a charger and a carrying case. What a great deal this tool is
