I’ve used Milton coupler’s for years. Very good tool. Only one you can load with one hand and with less leaks.

The other day I was using my air tools on a project and looking for leaks in a truck air system. I had to remove all of my tools from the area to be able to do so, because all of my fittings leak so bad, I couldn't hear the leaks on the truck. I bought the old ones from a couple different big box stores, and they actually leaked a little when brand new. Now, it was so bad that they drove me crazy, because as they wore they get worse over time, and it was unbearable. This drove me over the edge and I decided to go online and find quick-couplers that don't leak for my air tools. This is the choice I went with based on online reviews. I bought two packages of these and a package of 25 male ends. Boy am I glad I went with Milton. After equipping my air line with both ends and hooking up my impact (what I use most in the shop), I was pleasantly surprised to have NO leaks at all on any of my fittings. The old fittings leaked so bad, I didn't even know that one of my air hoses had been leaking! Putting these fittings on was the thing that made me notice. At first I was like, "oh, I got a dud." Then I was like "nope, that's a leak in the hose."I gotta say, they're a little more expensive than the big box store brands, but not by much, and they're WAY nicer to use and much nicer quality. The price I paid worked out to $1.56 per plug and $5.38 per coupler. A nice little bonus I didn't know about with these is that they just push to connect too. No need to retract the collar on the coupler, it just does it itself when you push in the male end. Not a necessary feature, but a really nice to have.Long story short, I am very happy that I bought these couplers. They don't leak, they feel nice in the hand, they don't require retraction to connect and they aren't as expensive as you'd think. If you're on the fence about switching, don't bother thinking about it any more, just buy these. You won't regret it.
