Fittings arrived on time, apparently well made and well packaged, BUT... They do not fit my air hose! My PLASTIC air hose. 3/8" ID, has an OD of 0.590", which is slightly larger than 9/16". Product description states suitable for 1/2" or 9/16" OD hose. Measuring the inside diameter pf the nut on the fitting reads 0.520", so it would fit a 1/2" OD hose, but probably not a 9/16" hose.

………3/8” polyurethane coils hose. My 50’ polyurethane, 3/8” ID coily air hose sprung a leak right in the middle. Seems like some doofus (me) may have welded a bit too close to it and burned a few tiny slag holes in it. This connector fit perfect (force fit with some lube) and then locked down to make a great seal. Zero leaks!!

This was installed on a automatic hose reel. The outer of the hose was a little over .5 inch. The sleeve part was a little tight. I used WD 40 to help it along. Time will tell if this will hold, since the hose is pulled out when needed.
