My compressor used to leak air from the hose connections and I was constantly re-seating them to stop the leaks only to have it start again once i moved the hose around. Now with these new couplers no more leaks and better air volume too. very happy I got this set.

The orifice is way bigger than most fittings. More volume better for all tools and spray equipment.

If you decide to switch, you'll need to switch all fittings to these purple highflow versions. If you have multiple tools & hoses, change them all including your air compressor fitting(s). If you try to connect an old style industrial fitted tool to a new highflow hose, my experience is hit or miss re compatibility. If you change them all (not cheap), you'll be happy with the improved performance. My compressor has a max 175psi rating.

This product is awesome. Inexpensive way to get more air to your tool. Made my impact wrenches fly! I changed out all my fittings and increased my airline size to 3/8 also. If you only have 1/4 inch it will improve your supply but not the gains that I got. This fitting is not compatible with 1/4 inch regular quick connects.

Seem to screw all the way into the line but I guess because it’s aluminum if I was to use it on a tool being kicked around on the shop floor I would recommend steel but on a coil or line it’s fine
