Best bang for your buck! The rack is very sturdy and has limitless possibilities of what you can do with it. Takes a good while to put together, so be prepared. I also recommend using a lubricant and spraying the pulley system when you have finished putting it together. I had issues with the pulley system sometimes getting stuck or feeling like it wasn’t smooth. After applying a spray lubricant, it moves flawlessly. Highly recommend! Great product!

First of all received it 5 days earlier than scheduled.Open the boxes and everything was in perfect order. No scratches no damage. No missing parts.It took me (80 yr old man) around 5 hours to assemble it completely. A little longer than what most people required, but I got the job done; by myself. Test it out the police system to check for his smoothness in action. I opted to go with the polished aluminum pulleys instead of the plastic. Very happy I did so! The pulley system is super smooth. Not a sound or any drag in the system at all. Tomorrow will be the day that it gets put through its first real workout. I'm anticipating a really good workout on this cage. No more stretch bands! Yay!Oh, and for those people who use adjustable dumbbells I found that my dumbbells fit nicely on the weight rack. I have special hangers for the dumbbells so they attached to the weight rack. I do not have to buy any plates for this cage. At least not yet until I outgrow the dumbbells. LOLI highly recommend this cage for intermediate and advanced weight lifters or bodybuilders. I guess it would be good for beginners as well. I have been body building (off and on due to injuries throughout the years) since 1972 and have owned a lot of different equipment throughout the years, including Smith machines. This is the best cage yet.Oh, and before I forget I would like to say that the customer service for this company is totally outstanding! I have emailed them several times asking questions before making my purchase and they have returned my emails within hours, not days, not weeks.I highly recommend this equipment and this company.Hope this review will be helpful.

Took me about 4 hours to put together by myself. Instructions are picture only, but very easy to follow. I recommend a partner for some parts if available, but one person can handle the project. I also recommend a ratchet and socket or ratcheting wrenches over the included wrenches they provide for the build. It’ll help with time and will be easier to build.Once completed, the cage seems very solid and sturdy. All moving parts seem to move smooth and without any problems. I will be adding a silicone based lubricant as recommended to the guide rod and pulley system, which should make things even better. Can do so many different exercises, and I will be cancelling my gym membership soon. Being able to do almost every necessary exercise with this one cage is great. Now just waiting on my bench with leg extension/curl attachment to complete the home gym and help me save money on a membership.Highly recommended! And looks great!

I was very apprehensive about buying a budget power rack worried that I might get junk or that I may never receive the product as a scam. I rolled the dice and couldn’t be more happy. I just received my rack today, a week faster than anticipated. Everything was in good condition, all parts were included, and it was super easy to assemble. My 10 year daughter held the uprights to help me get the bolts in and I was able to have it together mostly by myself in about 2 hours. Pulleys are smooth for plastic. Pull-up bar could be a little larger so as not to cut into the hands as bad. But for a budget rack I cannot complain. I’m thrilled to have my home gym set up and I’m ready to workout in the morning for the first time at home. I’ll update later after using it for a while but first thought on this rack? I’m not disappointed and it seems to be good quality.

I Purchased it in November and have been using it constantly since then. Overall, it is very sturdy and can handle the weights I load. I purchased it mainly for the pulley system exercises I would do in the gym. The Pulleys work however it could have been smoother. The Bearing wheels are plastic and make a lot of scratching noise overtime during a heavy workout. Aluminum bearing wheels would solve this issue and increase the overall quality of this product.Pros:1. The product gives you everything you need to mimic a commercial gym workout.2. The build 2X3 quality is sturdy does not shake (much) and feels safe.3. The overall footprint is compact and can fit in most rooms and garages without taking up a lot of space.Cons1. Big Con - The plastic bearings seem cheap for a gym like this. It causes the pulley system not to be as smooth as it could be.2. The specs are clear on weight capacity for the pulleys vs. the rack, etc.Overall great value. Updating pulley wheels to aluminum on your own would be costly and in my opinion, cuts into Mikolo's value proposition for this product.
