This peppermint concentrate makes a difference. I’ve been a repeat buyer of this brand for years because it’s working. It makes a gallon of safe rodent repellent. I apply it at least once or twice a week around the buildings and cars (including wheel wells) to keep mouse and rats away. I wish it would be less expensive but it’s good quality.

Don't know if it works or not because we are not seeing any mice lately but that could be that most of the mice that made their way into our home and garage are gone. We were getting quite a few per week in our snap traps for a few weeks and then it slowed down. I can say that it makes the garage small better. I have been spraying my wheel wells on my SUV to keep mice from getting under and chewing. I had to have my blower cleaned and disinfected last year because mice got in and chewed the cabin filter and nested in the blower area.s working. I am not seeing any mice but it could be we don't have many (I'd not want

Smells up my basement, pantry, and garage quite nicely. I add some drops to a tall spritz bottle and I add some drops of balsam fir oil to it as well. Aim at insulation, or soak up some pads to leave inside stored engine bays, or around food storage areas and soak the pads every few weeks. No mice!! Great smell.

For the past 2 years we had a professional pest control guy come in to set bait boxes in the cellar to get rid of the field mice finding their way in. The method worked, but I was still finding mouse droppings, so I recently bought this peppermint solution. One capful mixed with water in a spray bottle (16 oz). We sprayed everywhere- near the bait boxes, window sills, rafters, around the water pipes, the enclosed closet, slider, corners. Because our house is 71yo, there’s no insulation or drywall on the cellar ceiling, so the very strong peppermint scent wafted up into the living space - which lasted about 20 minutes. A week later, we checked the cellar - very few droppings. We sprayed again, checked again - even less droppings. We sprayed for a 3rd time a couple days ago & will check next week, but this peppermint solution appears to be working well. No need for a mask while you’re spraying, but if you do spray upwards, get out of the way quickly, because if you inhale by mistake, your nose will burn a bit for a few seconds. The peppermint scent is strong - not offensive to us - but apparently, the mice don’t like it much. Thankfully. Totally recommend this product for mice control.

*****IMPORTANT UPDATE***** The manufacturer of this product saw my negative review and sent me an email and asked if I wanted a full refund. I said, "Yes" and the next day I received the full refund. I would rather have it keep the pesky squirrels away; but the company sure stood behind the product! I'll try other products from this company. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEI mixed the solution exactly as directed. I poured it in all the places that the squirrels are digging up my beautiful garden even in the pots. The squirrels did not even react at all. They were all over the place the very next day just like they always are it did not work at all, I’m sorry to say
