This is a great little item helps me sign in my red. Dot, on my pistol, helps me sign in my scope on my air rifles. Has been a very good item. I’m glad I bought it.

MidTen advertises this Bore Sight Kit with next day delivery, but I ordered it on Dec. 13th and received it Dec. 31st. I understand shipping is delayed a little during Christmas, but other companies were able to make their deliveries on time. That being said. my son was happy with his present. He hasn't used it yet so I can't give a review on how it works.

Bought this bore sight to get my .308 with a vortex scope zeroed. It worked great, definitely not a waste of money got my rifle zeroed in two shots after using it.

One shot, perfect on white painted ar500 steel target sight in. Just snugly fit the boresight into the barrel until seated on the taper, turn boresight laser on, shine on freshly painted white target at the applicable sighting distance( 50 or 100 yards) adjust reticle or scope crosshairs to lay on top of the boresight laser, REMOVE boresight from barrel before taking your first shot, to do final reticle/scope adjustment to your ammunition shot. DONE. Take group shots to insure accuracy of ammo and/or scope adjustments locked in.

Bought this to save on ammo and ended up using twice as much. The laser ended up being out of calibration, after sighting in with 4 separate scopes at 25 yards ( taking into consideration 1 1/2” below bullseye for 100 yard compensation) I felt I was on target . Backed up to 100 yards with live rounds and surprise! Not even on paper!!! Took over an hour and almost a full box of each type of ammo to figure out the laser itself has to be sighted in and adjusted. The set screws seemed very loose as well. For the price I paid I didn’t think I would need to do the factory’s job and it ended up not working anyway because it wasn’t on for any of the weapons I used. Very disappointed. One shouldn’t have to use a perfectly accurate rifle to sight in a laser. Will be sending this unit back.

I ordered this to get a new scope dialed in on my 50 Cal. TC. Bore sighted it at home at 25 yards (laser has more than enough light). First time I shot the gun I put it on paper from 100 easy.
