I recieced the wrong edition Xbox one X. With the wrong edition controller. And it was missing the vertical stand. And the unit shuts itself down randomly despite the fan running constantly. Also graphics seemed good but i did not notice better reaction times from my original version of xbox one.

I bought one of those XBox One-"S" models back in January and it crashed a lot playing "Fallout 4". I figured the tech was a bit cheaper in those models so I bought this one. I have had NO problems with that game since. If you buy an Xbox, don't fall for the "cheaper price" appeal. I paid more for this one but at least it pulls its weight in the gaming department. My "S" model is now a doorstop.

The Xbox One is a good way to get through the day. The Xbox One also helps me with my Autism by means of games like Elder Scrolls series and Minecraft. The 4 pack battery pack I bought helps with continuous game play.

I am so glad I found this one on amazon recommend in my email. Didn't know it was out there, different shape than the big tower X series. Its smaller than a 360, but full of power, and what I wanted, to play my old games which I couldn't with my 360. now I can play the old Hitman and my Max Payne 1 and 2 and many others. and can't connect to the net, which I didn't have adapter for my 360 either. And huge memory! yeah :)

I have had an Xbox OneX for 3-4 years and I have never had the problem I am having with this one. I am giving the product 4/5 stars because it could possibly quite be that the problem has to do with my end. The Xbox disconnects from Xbox live like 1-2 times every hour at random and it's really really annoying. Online it says it could be my Ethernet cable but I just bought a new one. Other than that, it's a great quality product. Would recommend buying.
