The formulation is ready out of the bottle for your airbrush. However, you may want additional thinning depending on your preferences. The Acrylic Airbrush Primer works on most surfaces including plastic, resin, wood, and more. This Airbrush Primer works with Micro-Mark’s line of acrylic airbrush paints and with most other brands of acrylic paint. The 8-ounce bottles include an easy emitter for precision application. I personally didn't like the color of gray used. The product does work and needs to be thinned out a lot to be able to be used @ 20psi with my airbrush. Would not buy again just because of the color. Its a greyish brown and i like to use more of a darker grey for my primer.

This primer will now be my go-to from now on. I started with the Vallejo primer and that was like straight water compared to the MicroMark. Better coverage, lays down perfect and makes the color you’re using really bold and bright!Consider using this and save yourself some time and money. I absolutely love it.

Having recently acquired my first airbrush, I am so much happier with these Airbrush Primers from Micromark than my old rattlecan primers from the past. They apply so much more smoothly and with much less waste and overspray. As an added bonus they are great to use as a brush-on primer as well which absolutely could not be done (at least not easily) with a rattlecan.

The primer (gray) worked fine with my airbrush. I'm giving 4 stars because the primer dried to a brownish color, not gray. If y'all don't mind the brown, then I would recommend trying it. I added a few pictures of a 32mm hard plastic minature from the shadows of brimstone game, along with the minaturer holder showing how the primer dried on the top.

This is the first time for using Micro-Mark Primer says it is for air brush but I used a Brush went on fine, one coat coverage, will bring out fine details on miniature soldiers, like insignia and medals. Did not have to wash model before use like some primers I have Used. Wash brushes with soap and warm water. Will be using this from now on. Have not tried on PE parts.

It primed the way that it should and was easy enough to work with.Not sure why the use of AI in the product photos, but I like the multiple hands and brushes on the second image the best.
