Created for the artist. Goes on with a smooth appearance but has a good tooth for holding subsequent layers of paint, both acrylic and oil. Dries fast. Good coverage. Two thumbs up.

Love these paints. Got into 3d printing, and experimented with a few brands of acrylics, and fell in love with it. What i love the most is that the primer colors match the bottles. I was skeptical using the barbarian flesh primer cause it looked dark when i sprayed it on, but it looked really good once the print was fully painted. The colors also flow really well. Very happy with these paints. However i dont recommend using these in an enclosed area. I used the spray primer in my garage with the door open wearing a mask. Every surface in the garage was covered in a fine peach dust. Cleaned up easy enough but was a pain. Bought a portable spray tent and use it outside now which solved that problem.

First, if it’s pretty close to the color of human skin, which is great for me, since I refurbish and paint vintage/reproductions of vintage LJN WWF action figures. The coverage is unbelievable and it makes the painting process unbelievably easier. Only reason it didn’t get a perfect score from me is that, from very rare time to very rare time, the primer would wear off on high activity volume areas—and only talking like 0.5 square mm at a time. It’s phenomenal and I wouldn’t recommend anything else if you’re painting figures that are human-based (or “humanoid” or whatever). Hope this helps!

Wanted a soft green colour that was kind on the eyes yet calming as I operate a spa environment ... was a bit hesitant to purchase but I am well pleased with the outcome.•Order was expected a few days later but am well pleased* Good consistency* colour match perfect for what it was intended• only used one tin it’s all finished but good coverage•worth the money and will recommendPlease shake well before use ... a few times close to finishing the spray wasn’t coming out as it should ... just give it a shake and it’s back to spraying perfectly again.

The Army Painter primers are the best I have used by far. Pricey but worth it unless you are using a ton. I have used my can for multiple games and there is still plenty left in the can. Great coverage and dry time. Would recommend to anyone thinking about it but worried about the price.

I've used a lot of Army Painter's products (their brushes, inks, and dips) but this was my first time using their spray primer. I was in the habit of using $5 cans of spray primer from the hardware store, but I wanted this particular shade, so I gave it a try.I primed forty zombies with it, and I'm sold on this product, and they look fantastic. I'll be using this and other colors in the future. It goes on smoothly, dries fast, and gives a nice even coat with no runs or "strings".

Like all thing "miniature" related, this product is really nice (thus the three stars) and way too expensive (thus only three stars and not five). I bought the color match paint that goes with the primer and they match up perfectly. This primer should retail for about $15. That would be more than a standard buy-it-at-the-store paint, but less than the gouge-you-viciously price.
