I purchased this light as a project light for painting Warhammer 40k miniatures and doing other projects at a desk. From initial testing, the light is extremely bright, has great color options and accuracy, and is very flexible in the dimming settings. It is an extreme improvement. I compared this to the Game Envy LUCENT light. They look to be based on the same design. I bought this light because it was cheaper and I could obtain it faster to test it.I purchased this light to replace two small goose neck LED lights on our desk. This greatly limited the amount of light and where we painted models. In addition the previous lights had bases that were taking space from the desk. With this version of the light, it clamps to the side of a desk so you don't lose space to a base. This is a great option to have. There is the same light in a base model if you prefer that option. While I like the light, I noticed some features I would like on it from the minute I set it up. The LED head with the main light bar and two adjustable light bars will bend left-to-right, but it will NOT rotate or tilt. This makes the light not level if you have it connected at any angle to your work area. A simple improvement would be for the head to twist right behind the light controls so you can level the light. The best improvement would be a ball joint so you can turn left-to-right, rotate up-and-down, and tilt forward-and-back. Then you can compensate for any angle you've initial place the light. An ideal change that would help with portability is to make the light power supply based on USB-C (USB-A). The light is so portable it would be nice to use a phone style charger so you can take it with you. It seems like the LUCENT model will have a USB style charger, which is a plus. Another minor changes could be to make the light swappable from the base to the clamp model.

Bright, adjustable light with a wide arc of illumination. Perfect for reviewing schematics and drawings, or casting more light on a monitor. Yes recommanded.

I hate to admit it, but my eyes aren't quite as good as they use to be! Not a problem with this desk lamp. Super great light, lots of options, great quality, no assembly required, other than screwing it on your desk or wherever, and very rapid delivery. I have not one negative to say. One of the best things I've purchased on Amazon. The price is more than fair for what you're getting.

Amazing item, really happy with it. Got the white colour with desk clamp.Multiple hinges along with a strong clamp provides a lot of customization - can position the light in whichever way it’s needed. The brightness is good, took maybe 2 minutes to clamp on and set it up. The arms are the perfect length.10/10 would reccomend this. Strong build quality worth the price

I bought this light for my desk because the lighting in the room is very uneven, so I often look oddly shadowed on zoom calls. This light was super easy to set up on my desk! It has a remote to control brightness and warm vs cool lighting. Built solid, sleek appearance, and it's easy to move to switch between desks. Definitely worth the investment!

I chose this lamp because it was recommended by several YouTubers for art etc. Also, it hasa CRI, color rendering accuracy of 95/100 which is good for an LED lamp. Sunlight is of course 100/100, full color spectrum. I have been using it at the 6500K, the coolest setting, for art, seeing as that is supposedly closest to a north studio-light. Nice to have several temp. and light-level options. For any creatives out there concerned about colour accuracy, in a way the lamp's light is too good -- i.e. if I am working on something at night without natural daylight, the paint colour appears very vibrant. The colour looks very drab and desaturated when viewed under natural light the next day. The only exception being when the room is flooded with warm south or west light, in which case the color of the artwork is closer to what it was under the lamp's light. Haven't figured out a solution for these colour swings yet. The only other thing is that an extra foot or two of cord length would have been nice though there is probably just a standardish cord length for all lamps.

If you’re an artist or need a really bright concentrated display, this is a really really nice option. It has several modes of brightness, and can be warm or cool . It can be attached to a desk easily and swiveled out of the way when not used. I use it in a very tight desk space and it tucks completely out of the way when I’m not using it, and is easy to bring into the foreground when I need it. The brightness is not over the top intense but it’s most certainly decent. What’s nice is that it has the fold down segments of light that can be used to avoid shadows being casts on your working area.. that is a huge plus and one of the main reasons I went with this type of lamp

Upgraded my set-up and lost a lot of room on my desktop to fit extras like a lamp. Had been looking at this lamp for some time and I'm glad I made the splurge on it. I normally have it set to a warm color temperature and at the lowest brightness and it's plenty bright for my needs. If I needed to do detail work on my desk the option to turn the brightness up is perfect. The only qualm I have is the base does not swivel and that would be very handy for an irregular set-up. This lamp almost has to be direct center back set-up or it's not going to light evenly.

I recently purchased the Micomlan LED Desk Lamp, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. From the moment I set it up, I could tell that the design was sleek and modern, making it a perfect addition to my desk setup. The quality is solid and feels well-made, which is important for a piece of equipment I’ll be using daily. One of my favorite features is the adjustable side light. You can easily change its direction, allowing it to point upwards, downwards, or sideways depending on your needs. This flexibility has been great for different lighting scenarios, whether I’m working late into the night or just want some softer ambient lighting. The main light is also impressive, with a range of brightness settings to suit different times of day and tasks. I love being able to dim it when I don’t need too much light, and the overall illumination is smooth and easy on the eyes. It’s a great balance of function and aesthetics.Overall, the Micomlan LED Desk Lamp has exceeded my expectations. Its combination of design, build quality, and versatile lighting options makes it a standout product. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their workspace lighting.
