First of all, I really appreciate a desk lamp that can simulate the warm glow of an incandescent lamp (this is 3k, not 2.7k which is close enough for me). The harsh white/blue colors of many LED lamps don't do it for me but if that is what you want, you can get that here too! In addition, I think it is nice to have a consistent light color throughout the entire house and the warm color is consistent with the rest of my home.I also really appreciate that I can turn it on/off and have it come back on at the LAST SETTINGS that I had previously!! I don't have to re-set my preference every time I turn on the lamp which is not uncommon (I have other lamps that I have to press the button 3-4+ times to get it to the intensity and/or color that I want every time I turn it on). Once you set your preference, it remembers it!It is somewhat of a minimalist design, just enough equipment to do what it needs to do. The black color matches the other things on my desktop. It does have quite a lot of brightness levels which I also appreciate.I find the height to be about right. If it is too tall, it can get in the way, and if it is too short, it may not be flexible enough for enough circumstances. I have my lamp behind the computer monitor, but then position the light over and towards the desktop in front of my screen. I can then reach underneath or around the monitor quite easily to turn the light on/off.Overall good value and nice, thoughtful, functionality.

The light is bright and dimmable, the arm fluid and easily manipulated to shine anywhere within its reach, it takes up little space both physically and visually, you can detach it from its power cord to move it anywhere, it quickly folds up to store. It’s the lamp we fight for, so now I own three.

Very happy with this purchase. The light diffusion covers a wide area of my desk, as my office does not have very good lighting. Color warmth can be adjusted pm the lamp.

Easy to assemble, well made. Multiple light color and brightness settings that are easily adjusted.. versatile light positioning. Perfect for video calls as well as general workspace illumination.

This lamp works well. I keep it on all work day.I bought two types, one with a base and one with a clamp. I don’t see the post for the clamp one anymore, but at the time I bought them, they both had different dimensions advertised. However, they are the exact same lamp just with a different base.Also the dimensions advertised in inches don’t match the length of the main stem of the lamp. See attached pictures. If you care about the specific length of the lamp, just be mindful of this.Light is very bright and illuminates the desk area well. All light temperatures work as advertised and so does the timer.I returned the one with the base, but kept the one with the clamp to clear more space on my desk.It looks and feels quality built, but we’ll see how long it lasts. Ill joints are held with friction so hoping that those retain their sturdiness.I wish the plug (transformer) were smaller as it is difficult to make it fit in a power strip.

Has that nice modern look I think of as “utilitarian luxury.” Well-designed; straightforward buttons, powerful diffuse illumination, and super flexible positioning. It’s a bedside reading lamp for now. Mom likes to leave lights on so her room looks more inviting, and this lamp is replacing an LED task light that was super duper glaring and only had one light temperature setting. That one made you wince to see it, this one makes you satisfied. Even if you stare right at it! And yet it’s bright enough to be a good lamp, especially considering the freedom to angle it just how you like.Edit: I forgot to add, its best feature! The flat base! Wherever you place it, you can pile all your crap back on it with almost total freedom! If I could give it an extra star for this, I would.
