Not Guatemalan handmade hacky sacks. Made in China inferior imitation. Different in every way. Very disappointing purchase after waiting for the item to see it's not what it claims to be. Very difficult to get a negative review to be published. They must be filtered out? Off to look for the real item. Waste of time and money here.

After playing hacky for 10 mins, 3 of them broke already. Also, despite the ad saying it’s handmade in Guatemala, it comes with a “Made in China” sticker. DO NOT BUY.

These are poor quality. The stitching on the ends burst open after only 1 or 2 uses. But I think it's fair given the extremely low price. I simply added some dried beans to replace the spilled beads, and then sewed up the ends myself. Totally adequate for kids to play with. Am adult or someone more serious about "footbagging" should buy a higher quality product.

These are clearly not made in Guatemala. I would assume Chinese given there is Chinese writing on packaging. I ordered these Hacky Sacks from two different companies hoping one would get it correct. Both came in identical packaging with these pieces of junk. One was untied and came apart immediately. They are filled with that crinkle paper crap and the fabric is extremely cheap and loose. Do not buy these. It looks like from the pictures that a few people actually received true Guatemalan hacky sacks. Figured I’d take a chance and see if I got lucky. That was not the case.

They are decently made and look nice but the weight is an issue. They hardly have any weight to them so they do not behave like a normal hacky sack. The kids never had a real Hacky Sack before so these will due as a first hacky sack.

I bought 6. Attractive colors and patterns, well made (none leak beads). They had little give to them at first. After spending some time breaking them in by hand, I soaked the two best ones to speed the process. Knowing that they may not be color-fast when wet, I was careful not to stain anything. One bled color freely, the other didn’t bleed color at all. Once dried, they broke in faster. The beads are not very dense, which slows play very slightly (less weight relative to air resistance). It isn’t a big deal, does limit getting big air. Once broken in, the two I’ve played with absorb shock adequately to be decent for stall tricks.I’ve probably known 50 bags well in my life. Giving my favorites 5/5, so far the two I’ve broken in are 4/5 (good for the price). Very useful for flexibility/martial arts/dance training, or just turning free time into an enjoyable form of mild exercise. Kick it up! ☮️

Believe it or not, I purchased these to use as "pin cushions" for some of my brooch collection. They are a clever way to display pins and other jewelry. I'd buy more if I had more room for them!
