Update: The seller stood behind their product and reached out to me to offer a full refund without sending the rails back back.I bought 2 of these for the y axis of my printer. Action was rough on both out of the box so I disassembled both and completely cleaned and relubed them. One is better, the other still seemed a little rough but usable and thought it might get better with a little uae but, no, it got worse. I can feel the grinding/vibration from it throughout the printer. I'm going to try replacing the balls with quality G25 and see if it improves.

One of the 400mm rails was ground incorrectly and would not work. The seller contacted me and refunded the order. They responded quickly and resolved the issue. My comments about Amazon chat are not seller related.Amazon AI chat is worthless when it comes to support for products. Bring people back to solve problems, not databases.

I did have a slight issue with a linear rail. They fixed it so fast, they even gave me options and let me decide what I wanted to do. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for printing/CNC parts. Can't say enough good things about them. Great products and service, a true 1 stop shop.

I received four of the MGN9 linear rails and three were in great condition, in the original packaging, wrapped in a ton of bubble wrap, and working great. The fourth appeared to be taken out of the original packaging and loose in the box, so the carriage was completely off the rail, with loose bearings everywhere. It looked like a missed return. I contacted Machinexpert via the “contact seller” link and they were SO responsive about the issue and sent me a replacement in a few days. It was so awesome working with them. I wish everyone selling on Amazon was this attentive to their customers. Thank you!

Exactly as expected and works great! Hardened Steel rail and exact fit carriage with retaining cover and extra bearings. Fit perfectly for a 3D printer conversion project.Terrific and Responsive customer service! After paying an expedited shipping fee and the product not delivered on time, ONE simple email sent and the shipping was immediately refunded. I will order from these guys again. Its rare these days to have a company actually work with a customer instead of argue with them. Thank you.

Very good quality for the price. After purchasing at first and receiving a block instead, I requested a replacement and it came in today! Very nice preload on rails and had a surprisingly low friction out of the package. Definitely worth it and will be ordering more soon!

Straightness is consistent across the rails. I did need to clean the shipping lubricant off of the rails and apply a better lubricant. These are in use on an Enderwire conversion. I will be buying a few more sets from this seller to complete more conversions.

I've not mounted this rail yet, but the quality is WAY better than I anticipated. Cheap rails usually have telltale signs of problems. The rail does not feel 'crunchy' as cheap guides/balls usually do. The guide moves under gravity alone at ~30 deg angle which anything 45 and under is typically considered more than loose enough for a 3d printer. The guide has no noticeable twist or play to it while on the track. The light oil used for packaging isn't sticky or greasy, it just feels like a good quality cutting/packing fluid. I could probably install it directly with this oil and be good to go, but not knowing what type of oil it is I will still personally be stripping and re-applying so I know it doesn't have any chemistry in it that doesn't get along with plastics. I'll definitely consider more of these rails when I buy parts to finish off my Voron build or if I ever get around to doing a DIY CNC project.
