Lengths were bang on precise to about 0.1-0.2mm but also cut nicely square. Works well for extrusion. Using on 3d printer, but leftovers will be added to light CNC mill so curious to see where it goes here

Spot on packaging, cuts, cleanliness, and size. Too often you get some that miss in one or more of these areas, especially the clean one. Definitely added this one to my favorites list for when I need more

This set of 4 500-mm long 4040 v-slot bars is excellent. The four pieces are shipped individually wrapped inside a carefully sized protective cardboard box, and they arrived in perfect condition. There was even peel-off plastic protection on two sides of each piece. This set was nicely anodized and there were no blemishes or flaws observed on any of them. The dimensions are spot on and the rails fit standard v-slot carriages exactly as expected. This 4040 size also provides exceptional rigidity. All pieces are flat and true and should perform very well in either framing or linear motion applications. The set I received was flawless.

By perfect, I mean it's gorgeously anodized and very smooth. Nice clean cut ends and the packaging was as good as you could ask for. Each piece is wrapped in a foam sleeve to prevent rubbing and scratching. Unfortunately for me, I am new to this extrusion stuff and another lesson learned in studying the pictures. I was hoping to match up a sim rig that's 4040 is different than this 4040. This clearly shows in the pictures that it has two slots per side and I need one slot per side that's wider. I plan to do some machining down the road and I'm not going to return it for my mistake and will use it someday!
