I bought them to fix my water pipe in the back yard. It’s good, however concrete bit need to be more sharp. Takes effort with drill machine to make hole in the concrete wall.

Anchor tightens well in concrete hole. It is not fussy if hole diameter is a bit large.

I had bought two 10 packs of these hooks for a project in my basement. The hooks work as designed but out of both packs the bits that it came with chipped off the tip after 1-3 holes drilled. I had to go to lowes and find a bit that was close in size to finish the project. Low quality metal bit, but good hooks. Image shows bit that came in (left) after just a couple holes (right).

I used the hooks to hang lights in my yard on the cinder block wall. They got the job done. Would be 5 stars but the drill bit broke as I was drilling the 4th hole. I used all 5 hooks so I needed another drill bit to finish.

Excellent productSurprisingly the drill bit was exceptional quality.One item of note the hook size is not super large, double check the size will work for youHint: drill the holes in the concrete with a downward angle for more strength.
