Much smaller than expected. Reminiscent of the old ceramic wire post found in homes of the late 1800's, they add emphasis to contemporary implementation. Still for their size and application they are much overpriced.

I wanted something that wasn't obnoxious to hang Govee string lights on our deck and this was PERFECT!I've had them up for one full season and they look great. They install with a screw into the wood railing, then place your string light in the groove, and screw the cap on. Take note that they DON'T allow you to 'clamp' in what you're hanging (doesn't create tension), but I knew that in advance.They are so much more attractive than any other type of 'hook'. All you need to instal them in a screwdriver, no drilling is needed.I envision using these for a myriad of things because they are so versatile.

Se ven bien, el único problema es que si vas a sujetar una lampara de pared el taquete es pequeño. Tendrás que conseguir uno mas grande y que el diámetro de la cabeza del tornillo sea chico y plano para que ensamble bien.Si no carga peso y solo es para rutear el cable está bien.

I love these. More stylish and modern than hooks. Very sturdy. Made of metal not plastic. Only negative is the wall anchors provided which bend to easily when you hammer them into the hole.

I decided to take several photos to help people better visualize the size of the item. Each piece is not quite as big as a Jolly Rancher hard candy. (Leftover from Halloween a couple weeks ago- at least now it was good for SOMETHING, hah.) Four stars because it's of decent quality, but it's not absolutely top-notch: the threads are a little too easy to cross-thread, and it isn't the smoothest glide. I wouldn't hang anything too heavy with it- stay within the specs in the product listing. It does look stylishly minimal and mod against the ceiling, and that's if you even notice it at all. Another reviewer suggested pre-drilling using a 7/32 drill bit. Personally, I'd recommend sizing that down to a 3/16 in order to allow the included plastic molly/wall anchor insert to have a little more grip- especially if you're putting this up in plaster. (Start with the 3/16, and then go up to the 7/32 if you really need to.) This particular size hanger has the .25 inch opening, which precisely fits the round cord of the IKEA paper lamp I have. (It's a pretty standard cord size at that store- maybe that info will help someone reading this.) All in all I feel that these are a good value, and a nifty way to hang up a light source- happy lamping!

What an amazing product. So much better than ceiling hooks. Very easy to install and they hold the wire without looking clumsy. They are smaller than I thought, but I think that's even better. We added a trim board with a channel over the wire for a decorative look.

Great way to hang a pendant lamp. There is no way too tighten the space for the cord so make sure cord is not too thin (or too fat). But there are small barbs in the opening to keep cord from pulling through from weight of the lamp. They look great. So much better than ugly old style hooks.

I bought these to suspend display objects from the ceiling. They are nice and discreet and can easily hold lightweight items. Note that if you are using one of these to swag a lamp, there is no built-in mechanism to fix a cord in place to create a cord section that hangs loosely. Cords basically slide through opening until tension is achieved.
