Assembling the base of the product went well. The instructions were a bit confusing since there were no words. After assembling all the product parts per the directions, the drawers did not fit well. I could not seem to put the drawers in the slot. it left a big hangover and the locking mechanism don't work so well. I became so frustrated. The company supported by sending a video, but it did not help in closing the drawer problem. I would have kept it if the drawers were able to go in properly. It is our choice if you would buy this item after my explanation with the drawers situation. Maybe you will have a better outcome.

I needed a longer file cabinet at work for my yearly files- I bought this and it arrived fine in good condition, packaged securely and directions were easy to follow. Came with two keys and that's a plus- anyway- rolls fine and locks easily. Smooth top, I placed a pretty desk protector on top and put my files current files on top- looks nice and professional.

This cabinet works perfect for my needs. It came in pieces and we had to assemble it, which wasnât too hard. Itâs the perfect size and seems to be pretty sturdy. Itâs just what I needed, and Iâm very happy with it

After assembly in accordance with the instructions the file cabinet is locked and cannot be unlocked. Defective locking mechanism.Reached out to sell per Amazon requirement, no response received. Totally useless, it'll have to be disassembled and returned for a refund. ** update: They responded and ended up sending us a replacement. Don't know what we'll do with the locked one, but for now at least we have the file cabinets that we needed **

This item is looked like good. But it is very hard to install by yourself. Especially the two drawers and the rails. Some of parts are pre-installed on wrong position. After finished the installation, two drawers could not be opened. So its designation and the product quality have big problem. It wastes our time and money.

The set up was super easy (I used the video not the written instructions bc they were a little more difficult to understand). It looks amazing and saves me so much space and hassle.Initially, I had some trouble with the key mechanism, but Iâve got it all figure out and I love it. The cabinet is great and I would definitely purchase another if I had anything to put in it

The 3 cabinets are large and the shell is actually sturdy. The lock works great also. Itâs worth noting that if 1 drawer is open the other 2 drawers wont open. Each drawer has a slide in label slot for identification. It has no wheels , but pushes easily across the floor without bending or denting. The black looks sharp sitting in the corner and everything is organized. I got the required hanging file folders , but chose multi color to make sections easier to identify. But I put multi color plastic file folders inside each and used a label maker to name them. Now if i need to change something itâs simple to peel the old label off and replace with a new one. All can be purchased reasonably on Amazon.
