Easy to assemble as the pictures were very clear. I added the roller wheels for as it could be brought closer to my desk when I needed the file drawer. Not for heavy or daily use. Serves my purpose for the price. Takes less space than a metal file cabinet.

The item received was in great packaging. Everything was organized and labeled. I believe this was put together in under 1hr. Holds all my homework, diplomas, awards, mail, calculator, laptop, etc in the bins. Looks great and you got the value of your money

Ok, this was a 5 stars.Easy to build, fast to build. The material seems weak and yet ince build it is sturdy. The drawers are one sliders witch use sliding pins. These pins prevent you from popping the drawer off. Which i find is a smart choice. My only problem is that the side basket is has premade holes to fit 2 bolts to the side of the top shelf. But the holes are off by half a cm. Which make it impossible to be installed. For the cabinet itself, 5 stars, for the whole I have to give it a 3 stars as I wish this company solve the problem and get a well deserve 5 star. Good product all around.

I went back & forth on a few similar products and went with this one. It took about 45 mins to assemble, instructions were clear. I am happy with purchase.

There's a lot I like about this file storage, but I'll start with what to look out for:- PAY ATTENTION! in step 8 (near the end), you need to use A (1.25") screws to attach the top pieces to horizontal bars. I grabbed C (1.5") screws and broke through the melamine top. The screws look identical unless you lie them side by side to see their length. Yes, human error, but some of the parts are mixed together in the baggies to begin with, and by the time you're at the end, everything left over (ample spare parts) is in a jumble on the work surface.- I HATE that the top is two pieces. I have another fabric and metal shelf unit and it has a single piece of "wood". The only reason I can think of for this being 2 pieces that it saved a couple of inches in the packing (same with the vertical bars coming in 2 pieces)- the way to connect the bottom and top half of the verticals is finicky and it's hard to get them to be perfectly straight; however, since the whole thing is not perfectly aligned, it doesn't stand out- directions/drawings are imprecise; lots of guesswork involvedWhat stood out as great:- little tabs on the side rails to hold your drawers from falling out the front.- optional side folder for loose papers- built in rails for hanging file folders- choice of rollers or feet- 2 in one screwdriverAverage (acceptable at this price point)- "wood" design- welds- unevenness of drawers

The overall quality on this is fine, though it's definitely made cheaply. Ie, the way the construction uses the intermediary bars to join the top and bottom halves, it's nigh impossible to get them to align smoothly such that they look contiguous. The instructions are at times lacking, particularly when it came to those points that had to be indicated in a 3-dimensional manner to resolve ambiguity, like the back cross. The joints and welds where applicable on the metal are that cheap kind that screams mass manufacture without particular care. The joint itself is probably stable and durable enough, but it is a bit ugly.To its credit, once assembled, you'd have to look. Looking closely is where the troubles all come, between the misaligned joints, low-grade welds and unmatched grain on the wooden top... it actually does look quite good. It's very simply and cheaply made, but it does the job.The two main complaints I have about the assembly process come down partially to the instructions (it shows the lettered packets with joined letters, ie, JG, I think, which I did not readily match to 'G'. Why not just make a new pocket? Left me searching 20 minutes for nuts...) and (the pocket at the side... dear lord, just add the *littlest* extra give to the material/extra portion thereof to allow pulling it for the screws a bit). It took me squeezing things between my thighs to get the mm of clearance to get the screws in *and* use the side pocket. One area of concern to me is that the clips used to keep the drawers on the rails are extremely thin, low grade plastic. I am confident they would break quickly, and at that point you'd need to improvise a replacement. Good news at least is you could probably do something somewhat nice looking with cardboard or thin sheet metal. However, overall, it's not a bad little piece of furniture. I just would not invest to get it. I'd give it a four. Doesn't give a huge impression of sturdiness, and it's clearly made cheaply, but it looks okay and will hold up without abuse, barring the file rails thing mentioned.========================== Overall View: [😊] ==== - 😦🙁😐😊😀 + ==========================Media Used: Numerous pictures showing the joints during and the cabinet after the process.

Not the best quality, but at such a low price it's okay. Took about 3.5 hours to assemble, but I worked alone and have carpal and hand arthritis. It wasn't complicated at all.

I recently ordered this filing cabinet in the dark grey colour. The item arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Included in the box is all of the components for assembly which are marked with letters and all necessary tools and hardware to complete assembly. The product instructions do say assembly is a "2 person" job but I had no issues assembling it on my own (my cat decided he'd help his human). The instructions were very well written and easy to follow. Assembly from unpacking to finish was about 30 minutes (including time spent moving my cat and finding pieces he'd take off with). This is a very nice little cabinet and can be used in many spaces including office, den, children's room etc. etc. I use it in my kitchen to store placemats, phone books, stationary and pens among other things. The side hanging pocket is great for storing my newspapers and flyers (*of note, you don't have to install this if you don't need it). It can be assembled with or without wheels - I put them on so it's easy to move around when I'm cleaning the floors. You can lock the wheels to keep it in place. All of the materials in this product seem to be good quality. The bottom fabric drawer measures15"L x 11"W x 11.8"H and has rails for holding and organizing A4 style folders. The other two fabric drawers measure 15"L x 11"W x 5"H and have plenty of room for your storage needs. The overall measurements of the assembled unit are 18"L x 15"W x 25.5"H. The 18" top board is very thick and durable and looks aesthetically pleasing. As you can see in my pictures, when I finished assembly 2 of the screws went through the top surface. I wasn't sure if I did something wrong (maybe screwed them too tight so be careful of that) or it was a product flaw so I contacted the seller using the card which was included in the box. They responded within 12 hours and immediately resolved the issue by offering to send a complete replacement product (it was no longer available in grey so they are sending the rustic brown colour). Since my initial contact, they have been in touch with me daily regarding shipping info and the product is due to arrive tomorrow.Overall I'm impressed with this filing cabinet. It suits my needs perfectly and looks very nice when completely assembled. Top notch customer service can be hard to find these days but this company went above and beyond to address my issues, highly impressed!!

This was an okay drawer cabinet. It is made with cheap parts, and the drawers are fabric with cardboard bottoms. The assembly was not too hard, but I did not feel like it was well explained with the drawings. It took about two hours to complete the assembly, but that was mainly because there were too many pieces to assemble, and too many screws to connect them with. The hard to understand visual description of the assembly wasn't helping either. But hopefully, you will have to assemble it only once.I like that each and every type of pieces for assembly came with spares. Tools were also included for the nuts, bolts, and screws. There were two sets of pieces for the legs, one with rolling wheels and one with fixed legs whose heights can be arranged to stand well on the ground. The individual pieces did not seem great, but the final assembled product seemed good and felt sturdy. The fabric drawers were another story. They felt okay, but similar to other fabric drawers, they were not the most sturdy ones. And pulling them open and pushing them shut did not feel very robust. There was a hook-like piece screwed to the fabric drawers to keep them from toppling over when opened, but that did not feel very strong or robust.Overall, it was okay. It is not the best, or best looking, or most strong, but it seems to do the job. I have given a 5-star rating not because it is great, but because it seems okay and I did not come across anything to cut any stars from my rating.
