I had an absolute horrible time trying to find decent or cheaper lens filters for my Canon RF 50mm 1.8. If you have an RF 24-105mm lens that comes with the RP or R, they use a 67mm lens filter, which is very easy to find. This ring allows you to use easy to find filters that are 67mm, and use them on your nifty fifty.This step up ring was built really well considering the price. No sharp edges, and threads are buttery smooth.
