1.Please pass the cord while pressing the cord stopper
2.After passing the elastic cord, cut the elastic cord with scissors and roast the cut end with a lighter
3.Press firmly at the cord end. Make sure that the claws on both sides are engaged.
Specification:There are 10 Zipper Pull Cord Lock Cord, 10 counts double hole spring cord locks and a 32.8ft (3mm)elastic bungee cord.

Should be 3.5 stars... The cord, and the cord locks seem like good quality, but the ends only fit one piece of cord - if you try to put two in ( like you should be able to, since there are 10 ) they refuse to close because the elastic diameter is too big. So they need to either have smaller diameter elastic, or different ends that can handle the elastic they send. Added a nice elastic strap to my backpack...so overall it did what I wanted.

Replaced all the drawstrings on all my sweats & PJs with these. They work great!

The snaps that you put cord in and push great , the ones where you put cord in single thru the hole and pressure from spring is supposed to hold not
